Falsely advertised as a wholesaler but are most definitely just a retail store. Most likely branded as “wholesale” for tax purposes. (Or some other reason)

They try to circumvent this by claiming to offer both b2c and b2b pricing however, the prices are still either retail, double or higher with the exception being stock they most likely can’t sell or has been held a while.

Whats also funny about how they operate is they openly state they use the marginal tax scheme which allows certain business to stay competitive in their respective markets by allowing them to better price around VAT but the wholesale part of the website is still many times more expensive then retail which charge the full 20%. So who are they competing with?

For example perfect order booster box (36ct) current rrp (at time of writing) is £154/155. Other retail outlets have it at this price, a few higher. These guys have it at £179.86 on the wholesale part of the site. And remember, their not exactly even charging VAT. This is just once case. 85% of the store is like this. Still, in their defence, there are one or two “decently” priced good products but far and few between.

Wouldn’t even have bothered to write the review because I don’t care how other business make money but it ticked me off I had to apply for an account only to be tricked into a retail outlet masquerading as something else. Just say your a retail store.

I recently ordered two Pokemon TCG mini tins displays (CDUs) from Invicta TCG. Delivery was quick and the order arrived promptly.

When the items arrived the seals on the displays were loose, which wasn’t mentioned on the product page. For collectors buying sealed Pokemon products that’s quite an important detail, so I decided to return them.

There was initially some back and forth regarding their 5% restocking fee and it did take a bit of discussion to get movement on that. However, after explaining the situation they spoke with their director and ultimately agreed to refund the full amount, which I appreciated.

I later learned that this specific product reprint (the mini tins display) does actually come with loose seals from the distributor, which explains the packaging.

Communication throughout was polite and, importantly, they were willing to review the situation and resolve it fairly in the end. Because of that I would still consider buying from them again in the future.

The most expensive Pokemon store out there. Never a wholesaler! Some stock is double the price of high street stores. Primarily aimed for whatnot streamers and not small independent businesses.

Ordered for the first time a few weeks ago and really happy with our order - it arrived quickly, safely packaged and as described. Really well priced, almost as cheap as buying direct from Japanese suppliers but with far faster shipping! Great customer service too, definitely recommend.

Been chasing a VAT invoice for 5 days. Its not a difficult request and really the invoice that gets sent automatically should have that as standard.

Its annoying because the price and shipment was great but not responding for this amount of time in 2026 with me chasing daily has forced me to provide this review.

I recommend Invicta, their service is great! If you need help with an order or invoices their team are always quick with their replies and assistance, some of the products are hard to source so I understand their pricing, but they are open and honest about it! And also their ordering process is very quick and easy once paid order is sent out and delivered within a day or so packaged very well and if any issues they are quick to resolve!

10/10 Recommend to anyone!

Invicta TCG are the best wholesalers in the UK for Japanese, Korean and Chinese Pokemon!

Without the help from Invicta, we wouldn't be where we are today, with a projected 7 figures in turnover this year, we can't thank them enough for providing such a fast and reliable service.

If you're looking for a wholesaler or retailer, these guys do it best.

I have nothing but positives to report about Invicta. The comments regarding them being a scalper business do not understand their model.

They are primarily a Japanese/Korean wholesaler, where their access English product is limited to the secondary market (this may change in the future). This has regularly been reiterated by the staff of the company - purchasing on the secondary market inevitably means English prices will be higher than RRP. Try and find the Japanese/Korean products they supply anywhere in the UK for cheaper - it will be impossible.

Often the prices from sellers in Japan pre-import tax are more expensive than Invicta. I have had plenty of opportunity to profit as a B2B customer for the past 8 months and you should ignore these negative comments regarding the company.

outer box came damaged. Would not take responsibility said, it doesn't matter. The cards are ok inside, plus awful communications AVOID this tcg company
