Signature Cashmere is a family-run business owned and managed by Robert and Katy Appleford. Located in Kent, England, we have been selling high quality pashmina and cashmere clothing since 2003, when we first launched Passionate About Pashmina. We have a long-lasting relationship with a reliable and trusted supplier in Nepal. Our supplier, Jitendra, has a small factory employing 25 local men and women in Kathmandu. Jitendra started his business in 1998 and has always produced the highest-quality pashminas and cashmere clothing for us. Our garments are expertly hand made by skilled craftsmen and women from the local community near Kathmandu. Our supplier also contributes to the local community by sponsoring two places at a local orphanage, which supports children with HIV. In 2022, we rebranded our business to become Signature Cashmere. We continue to provide the same high-quality pashmina and cashmere clothing and we are still Passionate about Pashmina! Over 20 years we have established a loyal customer base and we are proud to have served thousands of satisfied customers, a large number of whom come back to us again and again. We aim to provide unparalleled personal service to our loyal customers, with satisfaction guaranteed, and we are always happy to help our customers choose the right items. Our aim is to be both friendly and professional, and we hope that our customers continue to be delighted with our pashmina and cashmere products.

Thank you for your review and for bringing this to our attention. We are reliant on Royal Mail and it is extremely rare for an item to go missing. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of the delay; when this does occur we do everything we can to ensure that our customers receive their item.
I have checked your order and the Royal Mail tracking and I noticed that the wrong postcode was included when you made the order, which may be the reason for the delay. We will contact you directly to ensure that this is resolved to your satisfaction.

Great service, our original order a shawl had some faults on delivery. A quick email and a replacement was straight in the post. Excellent quality, quick delivery and superb customer service.

The quality of the pashminas is amazing, and the colours are superb, just like the colours on the website. Delivery was quick, and the whole experience was easy.
