They are a fraud; i received a damaged dress, and they are not responding to my call. mails should take action against them

I hate it i didnt get my order, they are not replying and no.is incorrect, worst experience, they are cheaters , fraudsters

I have ordered a saree, but received very poor quality product and I want to return/refund. They reply we won’t refund if you don’t like the product 😡

For replacement they will ask me to go to POST OFFICE replace the product.
This is very malpractice of business, bcoz someone shop online to save time & hassle free exp.

I have proof of all this on their customer care number.
Even they are not ready to listen.

Don't buy anything form here, it is totally fraud, Very poor device, we order something we get something else, they don't respond for return and exchange too.

I have also been cheated like all other people. I also received the wrong item. I request all the people who have been cheated from this website to file a consumer complaint. This is the only way. You will get your money and compensation and the fraud company will learn a lesson.

Fake Fake and Fake! I order something different and send me something else . Contact no also not working. And no reply on email message . Someone tell me how can I send back my item please.

Today I recieved article which is different from what I ordered and more so,on top of courier slip written article is same which I booked. Its 100% fake online website and whoever has given more stars are not customers but fraudsters themselves. Phone no. Mentioned doesnt work 8511127227, no complaint email address mentioned. Asking google to remove these websites from search engine so that people in future can be saved.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This "company" is entirely a SCAM. My bank flagged my purchase before I made it, which should have given me a clue that this merchant is fraudulent. After placing my order, I tried to contact the merchant about delivery dates and a question about my order. Their customer care email address bounced, so it's also a fake. I had to find a whatsapp number to message them and they have HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION and messaged me from another business number (Aanya World) saying they could not locate my order. Clearly a scam. It doesn't matter anymore, I already filed a claim with my bank and will be receiving a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM SHREE DESIGNER SAREE. THEY ARE FAKE AND PLAYING GAMES.

As much as the designs they produce are beautiful, this does not match up to the services provided. The interaction with the admin was respectful and I respect the amount of work the workers put into making a garment.
I had ordered a lehenga for my sister’s engagement which was on the 17 of May. I was promised delivery on 10th. I received it 16th , just a day before. The courier service they rely on is another hopeless agency-Atlantic international.
There are no words to express the amount of stress and anxiety my family went though during the time.
All the more the product that arrived was not at all with the specifications mentioned, the blouse was very loose but there was no other option than to wear that. It was a really humiliating and frustrating experience. I doubt whether it’s case of partiality in location of customers.

I took a major risk placing an order but it has paid off!! My lengha arrived on schedule and in total it has taken 4 weeks!! I had the design I wanted, the colour I wanted and the whole lengha has come out absolutely gorgeous!! Many thanks to Aditya and Ashwin for your assistance

Scam!!! I have the SAME experience: very good communication at the beginning. Missed timelines. Wrong sizing. No help. Full fraud.

I put my trust and faith into Shree Designer Saree for a wedding outfit for my sisters wedding - before i paid the 50% i heard from there advisor daily - since i paid the deposit i have called daily, messaged, sent messages on Instagram and NOT ONCE HAVE THEY REPLIED. Absolutely disgusted, frustrated and soooo furious at there complete disregard to keep their clients in the loop. They have my money and now they just ignore me. All i have asked for is an update to make sure we are on track for delivery.
People like myself trust people like these to deliver a special outfit for a special occasion and all Shree Designer Saree have done is cause me stress, High blood pressure and loss of money! They aren't bothered about how they treat their clients or bothered about building repeat business. I have 2 friends who were waiting to see my experience first before placing an order too - AVOID AVOID AVOID! i Really can't express enough how annoyed i am with this company. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!

This is a fraud online business. While taking order, they are extremely polite and promise on time delivery. However my lehenga never got delivered. I am scammed by $750 (Rs 56000) and after constant messaging, no tracking no given. I tried putting a review on their insta page as a comment and they blocked me. Mr.Ashwin is definitely running a scam business and their international bank accounts should be blocked for any further fraud transactions.
