This company is an absolute scam. If you value your money and time, do yourself a favor and stay away from this business.

I ordered a dhoti set from this company on Feb 4th, which they promised to ship within a few days. Obviously they didn’t. After multiple calls and my paying extra porter charges, I received the package much later than expected and the dhoti and blouse was NOT as pictured. Attached pictures show how it was supposed to look and you can see that the dhoti didn’t have many pleats and looked awful. The embroidered belt was missing. The blouse didn’t have the same finish at the bottom. There were multiple issues.

After calling the customer care multiple times, they said they would replace the item. So I sent the item and had to pay for return. This was over 4 weeks ago. They said they would dispatch a replacement within the week. It’s been 4 weeks and I haven’t received the item. All my messages to the customer care are going unanswered.

This is an awful scam they are running to keep the customer’s money and not providing any actual service.

Very poor service. They take advance and the order is delayed for 20 days. Pist cancelling the order they hardly pick phone. I am following up since 15 days for my refund, first they dont pick phone and incase it gets thru they have a standard response that the person who is responsible for processing refund is not available. I placed order on 20 feb and today is 24 mar, still waiting for my refund. PATHETIC SERVICES!!

Outfit just as described, only issue was the tailoring, outfit too big in places, so will now have to pay to get adjusted.
But would order again.

I’m so glad I purchased the Rani Pink & Sea Green Palazzo Set with Jacket (Size S) — it’s absolutely beautiful. I messaged them on WhatsApp to confirm the length would be suitable for my 150 cm height, and they made sure it was perfect.

Their service was very professional, with fast responses and easy communication. The palazzo looks stunning and is exactly as shown in the pictures. I needed it for a wedding in January, and it arrived very quickly.

I have trouble finding the right type and fit for my body type, being plus size. Samaaya made that easy and delightful at the same time. The pic in their website matches the dress I ordered and the quality is very good. The process and packaging is also very good. If I need to describe in one line. Elegant and classy. Thank you

Had an unexpectedly amazing experience. It was a last minute purchase but the sharara suit was delivered within one day! Best part, it’s even more beautiful than shown in pics! The cloth material was very baad … and the work was pasted and kept coming out from places .. the Latcuns were loosely placed … my entire excitement for this piece went down… I had to wear that pc but then I I had to go and buy fro. Somewhere else..the customer service ppl went on insisting to exchange it and finally stopped responding to my msgs and my call ..: saad part I tried explaining them the reason that material used is so cheap that there was no point … all the conversation happened peacefully.. there was no bad mouthing but still now a 10000/- product is lying at my home waiting for return address … I PERSONALLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING FROM THIS BRAND ..
