Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. I ordered a product a month ago and still haven’t received it. The support team has been completely unhelpful, no responses, no updates, and no resolution so far. Really disappointed with the service.

Absolutely horrible experience

Absolutely horrible experience. The so-called “buy one, get one free” offer was a complete scam. The free item was never delivered, and I ended up paying ₹7k for a single piece that’s not even worth it.

After chasing them for a month with tickets and emails, all I got was a useless gift card that expired within hours. What a joke.

Immediate delivery of the 2 orders placed

Dear Achhoo Team,

I am writing to express my concern regarding my order, which was placed on 13th March and has still not been delivered. And there i sone more order k placed on 27th march 2026, that is still in pending status.

Despite reaching out through your support chat multiple times, I have not received any helpful response or a clear update on the status of my order. This delay is highly disappointing and inconvenient.

I kindly request you to arrange for the immediate delivery of my order at the earliest. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be left with no option but to escalate the matter and file a complaint with the consumer court.

Would never recommend anyone to buy from this store. They are total fraud and very arrogant. I bought four items in their b1g1 offer in which in one order I want to replace the suit of higher amount and they are saying their is no policy of return in offers and if they will replace then they will only give half amount of payment and in the another order I received one product and the second one is still missing and the order was of January. They will make the customers at loss at any cost. Beware of purchasing from them especially products in offer.

I placed an order with Aachho based on…

I placed an order with Aachho based on their assurance that it would be delivered by 2nd April. However, the order has still not been delivered even as of 6th April.

When I raised this issue and requested a refund due to the delay, Aachho refused to process it . They are also not acknowledging their mistake of providing an incorrect delivery timeline at the time of order placement.

Despite sending multiple emails and messages, I have not received any proper response from their team. This lack of communication and accountability has been extremely disappointing.

It is evident that customer concerns are not being taken seriously, and no genuine effort is being made to resolve the issue. This has been a very frustrating and unpleasant experience for me. I would strongly advise others to be cautious, as once an order is placed, it becomes very difficult to get proper support or resolution from Aachho.

Don't buy there product either in India or in UK, worst customer service take ages to arrive and dont take returns .
You will only get automates emails saying it will resolve in 48 hrs.
There are plenty good fashion brand but Aachho is worst.

Don't order

Hi, I’m still waiting for my shipment for this product which I ordered in February and have still not received.

I’ve messaged multiple times and keep being told that someone will get back to me, but nobody ever does. I’ve also tried calling and there is never an answer.

To make things worse, my messages on Instagram appear to be getting deleted rather than addressed. This has been extremely frustrating.

Please be aware before ordering. I just want either my product or a proper response.

Lehnga was not received even amount was paid while buying it

At first, they delivered a very poor-quality lehenga. When I requested a return, they refused, and for an exchange, they asked me to pay an additional ₹300. After a lot of escalation, they finally agreed to the exchange. However, it has now been 9 days, and there has been no update. I have made numerous calls, but received no response, and I have also sent emails without any reply. Even after making the payment, they have still not delivered the lehenga.

Its been 90 days and they have not…

Its been 90 days and they have not delivered not they have called or answered calls in resolving the issue. The customer support is pathetic, they still have no answers and it's a prepaid order. And been waiting for my order since 90 days. It's feels like a scama and sooo disappointed this happening form such big brands.
