Voxya is the fraud platform posting online defamation content then they asked money for the removal this is the fraud business running in the shadow of consumer complaint soon we will going to drag these bastards in the court , they are running fraud portal and allowing fake statement allegation , they have created this portal to lure the money from the innocents business and people
Voxya Very poor customer experience with Voxya. The legal notice sent in my case contained a compensation amount that was different from what I had provided, and the draft was never shared with me for review. When I asked for clarification, the response from their team was dismissive and unprofessional rather than helpful.
Instead of addressing the concern, the conversation turned argumentative. A consumer platform should at least maintain respectful communication with its users.
Transparency, professionalism, and customer guidance were clearly lacking in my experience.
Voxya promotes the idea of “social campaigning” to help consumers escalate complaints publicly. However, in my experience the campaign simply meant posting a complaint link and asking me to circulate it myself. There was no visible effort from Voxya to amplify the issue through their own social channels.
For a platform that markets social pressure as a key mechanism, I expected Voxya to actively promote or cascade the complaint. The post itself had almost no engagement, which defeats the purpose of a social campaign.
Don’t trust voxya , This is a fraud company they are charging money to give negatives reviews about other companies , they have designed there money making programs to fake it fraudster company stay away from Voxya
I ordered Ugg clogs in January. I received a confirmation of my order. Nothing else. No response to my emails, no refund and no product!!
Ordered a pair of clogs and they threw in free socks and I also paid for shipping protection on Jan 12, but after multiple emails about the status of the order, no response from the company, Voxia or Voxya. I had also emailed the Shop contact about my dispute(also no response) it’s now March 28, 2025, I’ve given up.

Placed an order on Jan 5th for some shoes with order a free pair of socks. Supposedly a secure site but it’s Feb 4th and I have received no response to any emails regarding my order. Yet payment has cleared my account ! Fraudulent transaction. Fraudulent company. Beware .

Thanks for your support. I received a response of legal notice and the company agreed to give me a replacement of refrigerator. I am really thankful to the Voxya team for their support and navigation with the company.
