Ordered a 3 seater sofa last week of march online that said it was in stock and recieved a phone call the next day saying it was definitely in stock but they couldn't deliver it until the 12th of April (no problem), recieved a call today 9th April saying the sofas not due in stock for 2 more weeks. Absolutely fed up with companies taking money and being dishonest to customers. And still on website today saying In stock. Unbelievable! .
Thanks for your response you obviously didn't read my review properly, you stated the sofa was in stock ready for delivery and not in Some port somewhere, as for the refund its not in my account and also the promised phone call from a Manager was never recieved. I stand by my honest review.

Hi Fi, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused, as explained before the shipping date has moved numerous times according to some issues at the Belgium port which in turn is causing delays for us. Unfortunately this is completely out of our control and as far as companies taking money and being dishonest to customers that is definitely not us as you can see from our numerous 5 star reviews, if any customer is unhappy with the unexpected delay and has already paid they will be entitled to a full refund upon request the same way you have been refunded. Again we apologise for any inconvenience caused to yourself.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. From the lovely lady who called and kept me updated on everything to the two amazing delivery team who took away my old sofas and set up the new corner sofa such lovely men they cleaned up after themselves and left everything neat and tidy. I would highly recommend Heavenly Sleep

More than that, though, you couldn't hope to meet a more helpful and obliging team of people. From viewing our options, to delivery and setting up, they have been amazing. I ordered a 3+2 sofa and two Divan beds…
I ordered a 3+2 sofa and two Divan beds with mattresses. I contacted the store before and after putting in the order through their website, Natasha was very helpful in this regards. Delivery was prompt and delivered persons Mervyn and James were brilliant . extremely helpful and cooperative.
I haven't opened up the flat packs as yet but the whole experience so far has been very positive with this company.
