Established in 1984, we specialise in architectural fittings for residential and commercial properties.

With a wide selection ranging from classic to contemporary designs, House of Brass is dedicated to providing high-quality products that combine both functionality and style.

We hold stock of an extensive range of door, window, and cabinet hardware. This includes door knobs, knockers, handles, letterplates and trims. We also offer Butlers bells and bell pushes to add a touch of elegance to any property.

Our popular made-to-size services provided a variety of products including curtain poles, hand/foot/picture rails, kick plates, flat bars, tee and angle sections. This allows our customers to customise their fittings to fit their specific needs and preferences.

Additionally, for the convenience of our customers, we have a warehouse facility in Nottingham where orders can be collected through our click-and-collect service. We also offer international shipping for those who are not able to visit our showroom in person.

Fobbed Off

I bought a brass threshold sill cover for a considerable amount of money and I made a mistake with one measurement which could be rectified by the fabricator (it's brass, it CAN be reworked). I was happy to pay and wait for this to be done but I was roundly told that what I asked for could not be done - which it obviously can be - They clearly didn't want to and offer good service. Now I have to look elsewhere for someone else to reshape this item otherwise I'm left with expensive scrap. Needless to say I will not return to purchase anything from HoB again.

Excellent Service

I recently bought two curtain poles with finials and rings from House of Brass, and I’m really impressed with both the product and the service.
When my order arrived, the packaging was damaged, and unfortunately one end of a pole was also damaged, meaning the finial wouldn’t fit. I contacted the company, and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They arranged a replacement straight away, and it arrived within just a few days.
The quality of the products is outstanding. I was especially pleased with the rings they feel really solid and well-made, unlike others I’ve had from different companies.
Overall, a great experience. I’ll definitely be placing another order soon to replace the rest of my curtain poles. So glad I found them!
