Got sofa of this company the office staff where very lovely to deal with and the delivery driver Luke was amazing he put my sofa together for me and took away all the packaging once I’m ready for my bed I will be ordering from this company I highly recommended

Well what can I say my sofa is stunning from Heavanly sleep. If anyone wonders about ordering online then rest assured they have nothing to worry about. The delivery team 2 lovely gentleman can I say are an absolute credit very professional in every manner and assembled my sofa with great care for my home as I had new laminate fitted. They are a credit to your company and professional in every aspect. What a great experience 10 out of 10 in every aspect
And wow the footstool is so big i absolutely love it 🥰

Would 100% recommend in here i love my sofa the worker are so helpful amazing prices for beautiful sofas I really cant wait till winter so I can recline back nice and cosy wee film o lots of wee compartments for your bits and pieces (popcorn) cup holders too, had and issue with 1 of the chargers but it was fixed and all working well, they have all different types sizes shapes and colours of sofas but I personally love the titan dark grey thats the one I went for recommend 100%

Ordered a 3+2 Rita from this company and wow I am very satisfied with the quality. From the minute I placed the order till it got delivered I was updated with my order. The quality is 10/10 I couldn’t fault it. A special thanks to AK the delivery driver he was very helpful he assembled the sofa and took away all the rubbish. I couldn’t recommend this company enough. THANKYOU HEAVENLY SLEEP!

Great service
I bought a bed from Heavenly sleep. The bed is beautiful and service was excellent I picked my mattress which is so comfy. They brought my bed,set it up and took my old bed away.

Worst company ever for communication
Worst company ever for communication. Sofa faulty after 2 weeks. Sofa 3 months old still not repaired or replaced. Wouldn’t waste your money with this company.

Ordered Hanson corner sofa and matching footstool on 28th March 2025, from start to now ,no deliver date, very poor customer services , company has not contacted me once since I placed the order to update me of any delays, and when called very uncaring and blaming others for their poor communications, over a month later I have been given 2 different delivery dates and still not recieved my sofas, now told delivery out if their control possibly 1st week in may 2025, so have requested a refund,which could take up to 30 days. (A lot of messing around) just hope I recieve it, wouldn't have minded if delivery dates was long but on ordering stated that sofa was in stock for express delivery and still states in stock on their website

Hello Carol, I am sorry for your experience but unfortunately the ships were delayed, the dates we were given we went by and give to you. The shipping is completely out of our control, we offered you alternative colours for the same sofa and also offered alternative sofas to you all of which you declined, we offered you a free footstool worth £200 and we also got your free assembly worth £80 for the inconvenience caused to you which you accepted. The shipping company was closed for the Easter break which put our date back 1 week, the sofa is coming in next week but you cannot wait which is understandable. I am sorry for all this trouble that you had.

I would 100% recommend this company for high quality bed and furniture. The process was extremely easy and customer service was 10/10 could not fault it at all. Everyone was very professional and helpful especially Faisal in particular, he went out of his way to show me different furniture that would suit my home style the best .
