It's been 8 business days since I ordered a chain for my boyfriend's birthday. I still haven't gotten any shipping updates or anything in the mail. This is seeming like a scam and I do not recommend this brand.

After checking your order it shows that it was delivered 10 business days after dispatch. Our shipping times also state 8-10 business days for US orders.
Not a word
Not a word about my order I made 8 days ago. They asked for a review but haven't replied to my emails asking where my stuff is. Incredibly poor customer service, may even be a scam. Would give a 0 right now if I could

Checked on your order, it shows that once it was dispatched it took 6 days to be delivered.
Our review emails are sent out automatically after x of days - sorry to reached you before your order did.

Delivery took over 10 days the chain they sent me wasn’t the one I ordered. No contact just put a note in saying sorry the one I ordered was out of stock so sent me a different one instead. Tried emailing them heard nothing. Then get an email asking for review!!
Now wished I had read the reviews before ordering on their site

Ordered about 2 weeks ago, got a shipping number to track but the website said it was invalid. No communication when I emailed them. Then after 2 weeks they ask for a rating on something that they havent shipped yet

Could be a scam
Email said it would be 24 to 48hrs for dispatch. Not had any word about it being dispatched and its been over a week. I have emailed to chase it up but no reply on insta or the customer service email address. Just poor around.

Slow delivery, okay quality
I ordered a chain on July 4th, and it just arrived today July 21st. 0 communication or delivery updates, I emailed multiple times inquiring, no response. I open the box, which I will admit was well made, to find they sent me the wrong chain. At this point I didn’t even care anymore because I know if I try to exchange it for the correct one, it’s just gonna be another 4-6 weeks which I don’t care enough to wait. Order these if you’re okay with waiting, the pendants are good quality, chains not so much.

Chayne jewelry is amazing quality I love my new chain and wear it everytime I can. But the only unfortunate thing is that if your shipping over seas prepare for the worst of waiting for a long time just try to be patient and contact the company to get updates on the whereabouts of your jewelry.
