Bought the Ye-inspired Yeezus album cover chain. I lowkey expected this product to leave my neck green, as I'd never really bought gold jewelry myself before. but on the contrary, it's way high quality and looks stylish as hell. The price to quality ratio is off the charts. Great shop.

First order, really good quality, painless shipping to germany!
First order for me, got the checklist and disc necklace with two different sized rope chains. Quality is really nice and the shipping to germany went smooth and no customs payment for me. The package took about 3 business days which is great for international shipping! I will definitely order again, keep it up!

Sent a refund request email almost immediately after buying a ring because I realized I got gold instead of silver. Only 2 days later I got an automated email saying my order has shipped, making it so I really can't get a refund. Never got a response back by the way.

The automated email saying the order has shipped then gets triggered once the packaged order has already left our warehouse and has arrived at the warehouse of our shipping carrier.

They offer great products, but I'm still waiting on mine to be shipped ... It's been over 10 days. Apparently they are out of stock, which wasn't mentioned anywhere.

Still haven't recieved any information.
It's been 12 days and I have sent 2 emails about my order and I haven't heard anything, not even about it shipping. If I don't hear anything in the next week or two I'm just going to see if I can get a refund. If you're buying from this store as a gift, make sure you're buying it far ahead of time.

Quality product, worth the wait
The Chain itself is great, I wear it 24/7 and it’s not turning green or anything I love it. Only reason why it’s not 5 stars is it took longer than stated on the website to arrive. Either way it was worth the wait.

The shipping time is awful, and I had purchased something which didn't register in their system so I lost money, too. Been waiting two months just for one longer necklace. I don't recommend anymore, but I would have months ago

Shipping can be delayed by the carrier, unfortunately this happens sometimes but is a rare occurrence.

I ordered two items
I ordered two items: the “Pearl Rope Bracelet” & the “Heartbreak Ring”. Not only did the delivery take almost 3 weeks (19 days total), but more importantly, I did not receive the “Heartbreak Ring”, nor did Chayne provide any notice about the product not being shipped. Unfortunately, I would not recommend ordering from Chayne considering the abundance of similar products that can be ordered from elsewhere.

Just had to get the pearl bracelet from Chayne when everything was on sale. I got it in gold, and it looks amazing. I also bought the sticker pack, which has so many sick hip-hop inspired stickers! Package arrived 10 days after i ordered, which i would say is very acceptable as it was free shipping PLUS that it had to go trough the slow norwegian customs. This is the second time i have ordered from Chayne, and i can guarantee that it is certaintly not the last one either!

I am very happy with my purchase
I am very happy with my purchase! Ordered it and had it delivered within two weeks, I want to say it was closer to 10 days but I can’t be 100% sure and don’t really feel like doing the leg work to figure it out. The Mac Miller piece is awesome, my only complaint is that the chain is a little short, but that’s not their fault it’s mine for not knowing what the heck I was doing.
