I placed an order with CHAYNE in November 2025 and was originally told delivery would be in January. After that, I had to keep following up myself for updates, and the explanations kept changing.

At one point I was told shipping would resume soon. Later I was told shipping was still uncertain because of courier issues. Then I was told my order had been cancelled and that I would be refunded within 5–7 banking days. The refund did not arrive, and I later had to contact them again, only to be told that the refund had not gone through and had been “reprocessed.”

At this stage, I still have no product and no refund, despite several months of waiting and multiple rounds of communication.

What frustrates me most is not only the delay, but the lack of transparency and the fact that I had to chase them repeatedly for answers. I actually liked the products and wanted this to work out, but the overall experience has been very disappointing.

I cannot recommend ordering from them based on my experience.

Ordered November 30 and only received it March 5, almost 3 months. I emailed several times and they replied relatively quickly which is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. The explanations were always things like sick employees or warehouse issues but that still doesn’t justify such a long wait. The bracelet itself is good though.

I got the chain and my money back thx paypal, they never answered 1 month lather they delivered the package in my house of thx

Ma commande a mit 30 jours a arriver malgré l'achat du pass VIP pour passer prioritaire.
Une fois arrivée, la bague était trop grande. Je leur ai renvoyé en payant les frais d'envois de la France jusqu'aux Pays-Bas, et ils n'ont même pas récupéré le colis, le laissant attendre désespérément dans un point relais pendant 15 jours supplémentaires. Il est revenu dans ma boîte aux lettres avec la bague toujours aussi grande.

Geld längst abgebucht. Ware bis heute nicht erhalten. 8 Wochen her.
Anfangs hat Kundenservice noch geantwortet. Mittlerweile keine Reaktion.

I placed an order with this company on 10th December 2025. It is now 30th January and I have not received a shipping email or any indication my parcel has left their warehouse. I have sent multiple emails to this company and the response every time is “Please be patient, we will ship near the end of January. We have had staff sickness and a warehouse move”. I do not recommend ordering from this company at all due to their lack of priority and lack of swiftness trying to get my parcel sent to me considering I ordered and PAID $170.00 for this parcel over a month ago.

Truly one of the best experiences I've ever had with jewelry brands. The bracelet was delivered within two weeks, as stated, and everything meets my expectations. Outstanding quality, beautiful design, everything you need. And a big bonus is the packaging. It's been a long time since I've seen a brand put so much work, effort, and thought into packaging. Beautiful and practical packaging with a greeting card and even a small business card.
Anyone thinking about ordering something from this brand, go for it!

Wat een geweldig mooi sierraad, het duurde misschien wat langer maar dat is ook te verwachten als ze het allemaal zelf maken. Ik kreeg al snel een track en trace die het niet meteen deed maar na twee weekjes wachten deed die het ook wel en er wordt ook goed gereageerd op de mails als je vragen hebt. Kwaliteit staat goed in vergelijking met de prijs en het is zeker het wachten waard!

I ordered the Kendrick Lamar bracelet. I had received a dispatch email with a tracking link but the tracking never updated. I contacted the website to ask about my order they said they would see what the issue was with the delivery company and that they would send another bracelet if there was an issues. I never heard from them again. I thankfully got my money back through PayPal.

I ordered the Travis bracelet, it was long but it eventually showed up, quality is good, the bracelet is very beautiful. So why did I put three stars ?

BECAUSE OF THE LATCH.

It is a pain it the ass to put on alone, unless you are lucky to have small hands, that latch will become your worst enemy.

I ordered a necklace from Italy and it never showed up. When I contacted them, they had the nerve to claim I never made a purchase, basically treating me like an idiot. TOTAL SCAM, STAY FAR AWAY.

I’ve been a loyal customer for a while now, and every piece I’ve received has been absolutely beautiful and amazing quality. I recently needed some help with a few items, and the customer service was beyond excellent — so kind, helpful, and quick to respond. I couldn’t be happier with both the jewelry and the experience. Paket hat länger gedauert als erwartet, das Produkt ist aber von der Qualität super. Habe einen Ring bestellt und bin mit dem Produkt ansich sehr zufrieden. Lieferung hat dagegen nicht so gut geklappt. Kundensupport hat erst gar nicht und dann innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet. Grundlegend kann ich den shop empfehlen, aber ich würde mit längeren Wartezeiten rechnen, als auf der Website stehen

Here is a the realest review of the Travis Bracelet. In and of itself it's really good, I love it: BUT, the way the lobster clasp is made is that you can only wear the piece on your left hand, I've been trying to put it on my right hand for the past 20 minutes to no avail

DO NOT BUY!!! THESE MANUFACTURERS DO NOT CARE ABOUT EVERY DAY USABILITY… they make it EXTENSIVELY hard to put on and take apart most of there items. literally need a second person to take off these bracelets, what a joke. if it wasnt for the DECENT quality(not even great) i would rate 1 star…

SCAM, do not buy from this company. I ordered a bracelet on release day in SEPTEMBER and got an email at the start of NOVEMBER to say its on its way, only to find out that it never updated on the tracking and every time i spoke with someone about this issue I was just told to wait well its now DECEMBER 10th and the tracking link has now expired. The customer service side of this company is utterly useless and I have had to contact my bank for a refund. Please do not waste your time with this company as you will end up with no product and have to chase around for your money back

Possible scam

I have bought a thorn ring a bit after it released, took a while to get it, but its understandable because the ring is hand made and takes time to make one. The overall quality of the ring and service is really good, however recently the ring lost one of its stones and I tried to contact support for a replacement one because I saw there was a lifetime warranty on the website and they gladly wrote they need proof of the ring and will be sending a replacement after, but after sending photos of the missing stone, support said sorry this kind of defect is not acceptable for replacement.
