I did not receive my order, customer support won't reply to any emails. I've ordered before and all was good, but this time it's a legit scam. DO NOT BUY

I ordered two rings on June 10th, and as of October 3rd, I haven’t received any clear response from support about my order. The tracking number is no longer valid, and the last update indicated that it was waiting for the parcel. I understand that delays can occur, but I would appreciate being informed about what’s happening. At this point, even if I were to receive the most amazing rings, I don’t think I would purchase from Chayne again.

Die Lieferung dauerte über 3 Monate. Es kamen keine Mails zum Status der Bestellung. Bis es ankam sah es sehr nach Abzocke aus.

Heb een aantal weken geleden de Torn Crown ring met zarconia steentjes erin besteld. Prachtig mooi item, zou 3 tot 4 weken duren. Een week later kreeg ik een mailtje dat het iets langer ging duren, iets met materialen maar toch de kwaliteit willen behouden. Zou uiteindelijk langer duren maar een indicatie hadden ze niet gegeven.

Vanochtend toch op dat mailtje gereageerd met de vraag of ze ondertussen al een indicatie hadden, en dit kan algeheel toevallig zijn, maar zojuist kreeg ik ineens een een mail met een track and trace.

Het rare is dus; de track and trace kan nog geen info doorgeven en wordt door DHL Duitsland afgeleverd. Terwijl ik overal op de site zie dat het in Nederland gemaakt wordt, waar ik zelf ook woon.

Dus sowieso nog afwachten op het pakketje, maar het gaat er best omslachtig aan toe in mijn beleving.

i bought a ring for my boyfriend on june 9. his birthday was on july 29 so i thought i was in good time i asked when they would send my package on june 22 its now august 1 and i still haven’t received anything i don’t get a response from them now and i haven’t got a refund they are STEALING you’re money DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered the diamond Kendrick ring from the uk. Website said the ring will ship in around 3-4 weeks. I ordered the ring on the 26th of may 2024 and it is now the 19th of July. I have received no update about the ring although I sent an email asking about it and I also bought the vip processing which seems to be a complete waste of money. Customer support have yet to reply to me. Terrible.

Ho ordinato un bracciale e un anello, ricevo una mail dove mi comunicano che il bracciale non è più disponibile chiedendomi cosa possono darmi al suo posto, rispondo alla mail proponendo un'alternativa chiedendo se fosse possibile esaudire la mia richiesta ma ancora aspetto una risposta, senza neanche aver ricevuto una notifica di rimborso, sconsigliato.
Aggiungo che ad oggi il bracciale risulta ancora disponibile, quindi il sito non è stato nemmeno aggiornato.

I ordered the silver travis bracelet on the 19th Jan (drop day), and did not receive until 14th Feb. I believe the company ships out of the Netherlands. This wait time was much longer than I expected and was the main reason for my rating (+ the clasp). Upon contacting help (after 14days), I was told it would be arriving in the week, so good communication on their part.

The quality itself is very good. I love the bracelet my only criticism is the clasp is very hard to put on by yourself, it needs to be a little longer.

Mijn pakketje is zoekgeraakt, post.nl heeft aan het verkeerde adres geleverd. Ik moet van post.nl shayne vermelden. I mail naar shayne verstuurd, een week geleden geen reactie van gekregen. Ik ben dat ik 50€ lichte voor niets ben.
