They sent loads of offers by email but don’t seem to be able to send order confirmations or any emails about purchases, never mind the actual products. If I hadn’t ordered from them before (also painful as one ring just did not turn up and after several months they just agreed to give my money back with no explanation), I would 100% think they are a scam. I have emailed twice over the last few weeks to ask if they can confirm my order (the money has gone from my account) but have not heard back. I honestly don’t know why they do so much promotion when they seem completely unable to actually deal with any response. It’s a shame as the jewellery is nice. Not sure how long they will be around for and would advise anyone not to trust that you will see your purchase.

Ordered my lil peep chain over 10 days ago now and am yet to recieve any email on shipping progress. Starting to think its a scam. They say itll b delievered within 2 - 6 working days if you live in the UK but still nothing...

Really bad i orderd 2 weeks ago and still nothing not even a track and trace code.

I’ve been waiting for any sort of update regarding the tracking of my shipment and nothing yet. I live in the US and the order is expected to be delivered in up to 8 days. One thing to wait a bit longer than that, but to have 0 updates after 8 days is not acceptable. I got emails to review my order before I got any updates on the order itself (other than it had been confirmed).

I live in the U.S and my chain came in within a week in a half. It came just how I ordered it, this is probably my new favorite chain out of all my other ones. I will definitely be ordering from CHAYNE again. I also recommend getting any type of jewelry from them too.

I’ve ordered a necklace and ring over 2 weeks ago and emailed them about the delay and was told there’s been massive backlog and it will be fulfilled but no info since. I’ve ordered from them before and was very happy with it. However, they seem to be struggling to even deliver the product

I just received the Juice Wrld juice box necklace from Chayne. Overall good quality, no damage to chain or pendant like I saw in other reviews. Very sturdy and I feel like I can wear it just about anywhere. It took about 10 days to get here which normally is a little long (I live in the US) but I saw the company ships from Germany so I think that was relatively fast. I would definitely by from them again. Customer service was also very kind and quick to answer when I asked for and ETA on my package. Overall good product good customer service would recommend.

Bought twice already from Chayne and it’s just insane how the quality is very good and for an amazing price!!!
Had to wait a bit but definitely worth it!!! Just recently bought from their Black Friday Sale and can’t wait for my stuff to arrive. Definitely recommend this shop!

Mac miller pendant in gold looks pretty cool but so so tienie tiny, was expecting something bigger. But only because of the price. Id buy at buy one get one free I guess but only cuz I'm a die hard mac fan. Not cuz its just so amazing.

Costumer service is terrible! I ordered both a ring and a necklace, but I was only sent the ring. The necklace still has not arrived and it has been over 3 months now. I have reached out multiple times and was told I would be receiving a new necklace. That was a month ago. Still no necklace

It’s been almost two months now and I haven’t received anything information of where my products is. No response to emails or updates. At this point I just what my money back.

Kette hat ne gute Qualität und der Anhänger sieht mega aus. Versand war sehr schnell und Probleme bei der Bestelkubg gabs keine. Gerne wieder

It's a cool piece but not impressed by the quality at all they add a flimsy piece to extend the chain about 2-3 inches and the pendant had very fine scratches all over it right out of the box also the shipping took a bit long

Haven’t shipped my order and they haven’t given me any sort of update and haven’t responded to my email

Was good chain is chain makes me happy my dog died but this made everything better I want macmiller in my bedroom
