Never received my order. I tried 2 times to get a rep to tell me when it was actually going to be delivered. Very frustrating. Now I have to try again to contact this company and now get a refund. How disorganized can a company be; asking me for a review and me not even receiving the merchandise. Get organized!

How you going to ask me to review a chain I haven’t received!? Then I get to the comments and it’s the same responses from everyone else. I’ll be returning this or going to my bank to report as fraud.

I haven't received it and you are asking for a review. Now my son will not be getting his Christmas gift on time.

Ordered 12/2/2022. Today is 12/24/2022. The last update on my package is that it was shipped on the 10th. I have heard nothing more for the last two weeks.

Very disappointed ordered my jewellery for my son for Christmas on the 2nd December and I have not received it still waiting 😡

I ordered two chains on 11/29… and guess what…. It’s 12/24 and l have received it. The website says it ships out in 24-48 hours…. Bull crap, it shipped out in 2 weeks! How embarrassing ! Close shop, go home… go work a corporate gig.

I ordered 11/26/2022 and have no updates really. Says its been in germany this whole time. Kinda sucks i ordered a month ago. Just wanted to support a small business and bought 2 necklaces.

Can’t comment on jewellery it hasn’t arrived. Ordered on 30/11/22.

Placed my order on the 10/12/2022 and I’ve still not received my product. Late for Christmas and the shopping updates give you no idea of where the product is or how long it’s going to be until I get my product. I’m upset because I’ve seen these advertised on instagram quite a few times with the speedy shipping times. But I’ve not received what’s advertised. I understand it’s a busy time of year, but the lack of communication is appalling and the fact I’ve received an email asking me to review my order AND IVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED IT, is just a joke. Can’t say I’ll be ordering from here in a rush again.

The chain and product have not arrived in time for holiday. In fact I have got it yet

Im a great fan of JW so I ordered myself a Juicebox chain. I ordered it on 12-12-22.
4 days later, on the 16th, I got a notification that it’s on it’s way. It has been a week now even though I live in the Netherlands. Right next to Germany. While I read reviews that people in America get theirs after a week. I find this weird and I hope I’ll receive it at all..

I made an order for a Christmas gift on 12/13/22 for the juice box necklace. Not only did the price change at the last second but even more problematic it still hasnt left Germany yet. They didn’t even get it in the mail until 12/19/22. I mean why did it take 6 days to process it and mail it. I’m so frustrated that it will most likely never make it to me in time for Christmas according to their tracker! I never wanna order from here again. If by some chance it does make it in time, I’ll happily pull my review down and replace it with a decent review. My son is gonna be so disappointed because this was very important to him.

Lets get this started. I love Hip Hop / RnB and they sell some real nice stuff. Excellent for a fan like me, right now im even wearing a cable chain with Ye´s fantasy oendant attached to it.
The Quality is great, its Jewlery after all, and the Prices are good too.
Delievery was quick, i do live in Germany, and what i cant stress enough is the great Customer Support.
I had 2 times contact with them and it was always a pleseant experience and my matter was handled quick and satisfactory. Thats what really impressed me, since sometimes youll contact shops and get no anwer at all. Not with these guys and girls.
Also you can chat them up on instagram where they answert quick too.
I can recommend them without any second thought.
And no, i wasnt asked to write this or paid even. I just love their stuff and own like 8 pieces now.

I placed my order on 11/25, and rec'd an immediate order confirmation, great. Next day, 11/26 i rec'd a message that I could expect to receive my order in 5-8 business days (12/2-12/7), great. However, Its now 12/12, and my order has yet to be shipped. Still waiting on any cust service response.
