I ordered the crown of thorns ring.
It arrived in 8 days.
Opening was really fun, because the box felt quite nice, and not fragile while opening it.
The ring itself is gorgeous, it doesn’t look cheap at all, but rather really high quality, it fits perfectly.
Would recommend.

This has been one of the most efficient ways of ordering! The products were nicely packaged and the delivery was very fast! The products were affordable but still of high quality.

I didn't get my jewelry piece yet, and also didn't get an update about the shipping, and it has been 2 weeks since I ordered my piece.

The shipping is taking too long without any updates, they should at least tell you you are gonna wait so long and not 2-6 days.
Shipping took 5 weeks, but the lady said my package got lost so they had to ship it again and they threw in a free woo bracelet to excuse the waiting time. I just got my order and it looks amazing!

Overall experience was garbage. I ordered a chain in November, was shipped two weeks later, the shipping information never updated. It ended up getting lost in the post and the amount of effort I had to put in to even get someone to speak to me and give me the answers I wanted was unbelievable. And at that, I only got one response that they were gonna send me a new one. Never got a confirmation that was happening, never got shipping information until two days ago. I will never be ordering anything from this company again. I can only hope the chain isn’t trash quality.

I’ve loved my experience with Chayne so far, I own 3 of the 4 rings on the site and they’re all super high quality and affordable for how quality they are. I have had a negative experience once when I bought a silver chain once and i received a gold one but still overall a good experience.

Hi, so I’m leaving an actual review. I ordered during Black Friday and received them before the new year (Dec 27 specifically). So yeah shipping takes awhile, if you are planning on ordering just know that before hand. However, the pieces are pretty good for its price (if you got them for $30 a piece), every time I go out I wear it but unfortunately I have lost my 2014 hills chain, but besides that the jewelry itself is good for the price. Shipping is something that’s going to take awhile just be aware of that.

Chayne deserves a better star rating from my experience.

First off, offering hip hop inspired jewellery is a great idea. I ordered the Thorn Ring (inspired by MM&TBS).

The ring took just under 2 weeks to arrive which was fairly quick considering 1) it was over Christmas & New Year & 2) it came from abroad.

They state it can take up to 8 working days so, considering I ordered over Christmas, it came in reasonable time. There’s also tracking info that you’re emailed about so can check the progress of your delivery along the way.

The ring itself is great, exactly as shown and described and is of high quality. And it was a very decent price too.

Would 100% use again & recommend.

I have ordered from this company plenty of times before and I have never had any issues. The quality of the pieces are unreal for the price they charge and the jewellery pieces they offer are very unique, it's refreshing to see a brand like this in amongst others who charge more for less quality.

The package is taking ages to arrive and I’m not sure if my item is even in transit or not. It could possibly be lost and I have no idea.

I hadn't received my 2 necklaces and contacted Chayne for more information. Natalia got back to me multiple times and helped me track them and such. We received them yesterday and our 18 yr.old son loved them. We were surprised at the amazing quality. He loves them. Thank you for a great product.

Chain link quality was poor. Bought two chains one was tangled and twisted to the point it could not retain shape. And with Second chain the clamps immediately broke when first putting it on. Would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Great chains. Delivery took a little while but that’s on postal service.

My Present isnt arrived until today.. The advertising says 4 to 6 days..
I only received a lot ad's but
no Information.. Really sad..

Update: IT arrived on 4th Januar.. Late but IT arrived. So the Product ist very good.

Still have not received the order. Ordered over a month ago. Did not arrive in time to give as a Christmas gift. Super disappointed in the false expectation of shipping time portrayed on the Chayne website. If it takes over a month to ship, please specify on your website.
