I have not received the necklace I ordered for a birthday gift. Hoping it arrives soon.

Seems to be a regular thing judging by the reviews, but same on my end… the chain hasn’t arrived still and they also aren’t contactable.

It’s actually really good ngl it looks very good and well made

I didn’t receive my order and no one has contacted me.

The first shopchayne.com order I made was for my boyfriend's birthday. As he liked all the necklaces that were on the site, I chose to buy a mystery box.
The necklace reached me even earlier than expected, came comfortably and securely wrapped and had the great quality I had expected when I decided to order it. My boyfriend loved the necklace, he only took it off to shower!
Unfortunately, my boyfriend had a habit of wearing his necklace outside his shirt and was mugged on the subway. My boyfriend had his cell phone with him, a branded watch, etc., however, the fact that the necklace was amazing didn't help him in this situation and the only thing the thief asked him for was the necklace. In fact, the thief shamelessly told him: "I know very well that this necklace is made of gold, you can tell just by looking at it".
The truth is that this story can be seen in two ways: on the one hand, my boyfriend was sad because he loved the necklace, but the good part is that you can clearly assume that whoever buys this brand buys pieces with quality, shine and a lot of style!!!
I will definitely be ordering more!!!

Bought a juice wrld chain. Never ended up coming, they gave me a tracking number from some random german company that has no association with royal mail. Been emailing them back and forth regarding sending another replacement or a refund and they have just been telling me that different departments are back logged and i couldn't get a refund or a replacement. Terrible company I'd advise not even looking in their direction as I just blatantly got scammed!

I ordered a chain form this shop. The chain itself is very good quality wise and the delivery was also faster than expected, only problem is that I want to refund the chain and buy a new one because it’s too small for me. I have tried multiple times to contact Chayne shop but they don’t seem to respond.

Sadly enough for me our order never arrived. I will have to order it again because my son really wants it. Tried to reach the Royal mail but they have no idea of what happened.

The actual chain is amazing, feels high quality and looks awesome. I just had some trouble with the shipping time due to high demand. Other than that the brand is really good and their products are amazing.

Website said delivery was 2-6 days but it has been 10 days since i ordered it and i still haven’t received my item

I’ve been a customer for some time. The chains are great and they improved over time in quality. (got my third chain today)
The biggest problem is the time of delivery and customer service. I paid extra for VIP processing and waited a very long time. My chain never arrived and they promised to give me a feedback on what’s going on with my chain. Never happened tho. Why would you offer VIP processing if it takes forever?

Been 10 days still haven't gotten my juice box chain. Can't figure out were to go to track my package

I’ve bought from this brand about 5 times now and each time my experience overall has been brilliant. The quality of the jewellery you get is some of the best out there, i wear my purchases religiously because of how good they are. I recommend to anyone

I order the j.cole with a rope chain.. the pendant was amazing but the chain was mangled, twisted up and I cannot wear it. I’ve emailed them about and have heard nothing back…

It's just perfect. The products, the staff, the help that they provide for costumers. 10/10

Awful company

My chain arrived today. I was a little bit scared, if everything is okay with it and if I can trust the shop (chayne was recommended on my Instagram). But I'm more than happy with this chain, nothing to complain about.
Chain is exactly as in the pictures mentioned and was made in a very high quality standard.

I’ve ordered from chain before, and it wasn’t a bad experience and I loved the product, however with this last order it has been over 2 weeks and I still haven’t even received any shipping information, I know the product is going to be good and well made, however it is taking forever to ship or even get me any information about shipping.
