If I could possibly give no stars I would because they are absolutely appalling. Ordered an item that was advertised for sale just to be told that I will not be receiving it. Poor reply rate and horrendous conduct. Absolutely would not recommend them.

Poor customer service let's WWE down
For such a big company you'd think they'd have more of a grasp when it came to customer services.
Yes the products are decent, when you get them, but apart from that the whole system is dated and not up to scratch.
I'll make myself clear THERE IS NO SIMPLE WAY TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICES. Try calling the expensive number, if they answer you'll be paying per minute.
The customer service form does not work and they have no social media presence
I had to wait weeks for a refund and only because I chased them up repeatedly.

WWE Euroshop. Since they dont have a trustpilot site. Ordering an item that havent been shipped 15 days after. Their phone number not working. No way of getting in contact with them other than sending them an email through their webpage. And then the email not submitting after 20 attempts. Order as much as you want. Good luck receiving your items

Average Expereince
Never had any real problems with ordering from WWE Shop. Everything arrives to me faster than expected. A wide variety of merchandise is always available and updated on a frequent basis. Lots of sales on the site. Wait for a sale and never pay full price.
One complaint both the WWE Authentic Wear shirts and NXT shirts are made of a heavier cotton. You don't get the best fit and can become hot when its warm outside. Not uncomfortable to wear but prefer a better cotton. Now the Ripple Junction WWE shirts are way better. A soft cotton is used and fit much better.
Biggest complaint goes to the NXT Authentic shirts and WWE Authentic Wear shirts. The NXT shirts are sized smaller than expected. one size smaller than what the size is labeled. Still 1 shirt fit how it should.
Now the WWE Authentic Wear shirts have sizing issues. You can get 2 different shirts of the exact same size and 1 fits different than the other one. But if the shirt fits true to size then the shirt fits well. I even had 1 shirt fit a size larger than what the size labeled is. As of late most of them fit true to size.
If the sizing issues were fixed I would rate it a 4/5. I just want to be able to purchase a shirt knowing it will fit as labeled.
Fantastic Customer Service
Placed an order with Euroshop for a belt and two t-shirts.
The courier left in a safe place but was not there when I returned home.
The customer service team at WWE were fantastic and sent out replacments the next day.
Could not reccomend them highly enough :)
Great customer service
I contacted customer service after a sale started a few hours after I placed my order, not holding out much hope they would do anything.
They got in touch promptly, refunded the difference and I received my items quickly. Aiden provided great customer service and I was more than happy.

Here is an e-mail I sent to the company. Pretty much sums up how I feel...
“I’m so irritated right now with your customer service. I will explain this one more time, even though I’ve talked to three different people on the phone and emailed at least twice.
My friend bought me a shirt, had it mailed to me. I didn’t like it so I sent it back asking for an exchange. I did everything I was told to do. I NEVER received a new shirt. I called, was told that my friend received a refund instead. He has NOT received one. So, I have no shirt and he is short the money. How is this fair?
Now I’ve already went and ordered my own so I would LOVE a credit to the store or for him to actually be refunded as I was wrongly informed he was. I have attached the info from the original order.”

I ordered a toy belt from there and after a week it came and looked like in the picture. I will definitely buy more things in the future.
What Customer Service?!?!?
I ordered Nia Jax shirt "Im not like most girls". They sent me her old shirt "Im not like most". Not once, not twice but THREE TIMES! Everytime I would call and complain they would never look further into the problem on what was happening and they honestly didnt even believe me when I told them she had another shirt. The last time I called the rep they wanted me to pay for shipping to return the shirt! Horrible experience worst customer service ever. If you cared about your customers who are paying YOUR salary you would own up to your mistakes and offer something free on top of the return thats happend THREE times. INSANE!

Got charged for shipping costs and was …
I paid WWE (through official website) shipping costs and was not made aware of extra charges that would be added such as paying a customs charge upon receipt of my order. I have ended up paying £27 for overall delivery charges for a kids short sleeved T-shirt and a glass tumbler! When I challenged WWE about the customs charge refused to pay or refund it. Disgusting customer service and will not use the site again!

Ordered 1 t-shirt on the 5th December for my nephew for Christmas 2 weeks later it's still being processed send 4 emails got no reply. Quick to take your money tho.

Miserable experience
As others have mentioned, buying at WWE Shop is one of the most miserable experiences an on online shopper can come across.
Since my Black Friday order still hasn't been processed after more than 10 days and I couldn't reach any support, I decided to reorder the shirt. There is no option to cancel the order, but I thought they can not charge me twice as I can't have a negative balance on my debit card. Well, I thought wrong, because on the day I made another order with the same item, they decided to charge me for the Black Friday one and ship the item the next day. However, the next day they also somehow managed to charge me for the second order, so now I am left with a negative balance on my Visa Electron and expecting the same item twice.
My Account states that both orders are still 'being processed' and haven't been shipped yet. However, after finding a working e-mail address on Google, some guy assured me that the items have already been sent, so go figure.
It's hard to believe one of the biggest entertainment companies on the planet has such a lousy online store that requires almost two weeks to ship an item that was never out of stock.
Terrible Service - 18 days to post ONE t-shirt
Ordered a t-shirt from them which was just before Black Friday but was apparently in stock on the website for my sons birthday. After 2 phone calls from myself chasing the item, and absolutely no correspondence from WWE, the t shirt is today being sent EIGHTEEN days after I ordered it.
Previous 2 Customer service employees were apologetic and helpful but just had a blazing row with the CS Manager to try and get my postage back - which in view of the appalling customer service I feel is justified. Terrible, terrible, terrible. At the very least I suggest an email to apologise for the delay - other things have been delayed due to B F but not to this extent, and every other company have made contact over this and kept me in the loop. Wish I’d read the comments from previous customers before ordering!!!! Feel sorry for my son, as won’t now be here for his birthday.
