They charge you for your order and it gets stuck 'being processed' forever, even though all the items are in stock. And don't even bother with their customer service as their contact form doesn't work and they don't reply to e-mails or tweets.

Not to mention there is no option to cancel the order.

I purchased an item that hasn't shipped yet and now 3 days later the price is 50% off. I called to cancel and reorder or get a price change and wanted also to purchase an additional shirt. They said they can't cancel or give price change and conveniently no supervisor is available. They are not a full service company and have no concept of customer relations. I told them as of now I will never purchase a thing from them again. Enough of their manipulation. I presume also that they also say the item is in process as soon as they receive the order so they won't allow you to cancel; poor business.

I ordered three shirts through the euroshop in april. It's now september. The shirts have not arrived. I've tried contacting the shop and didn't get an answer of any sort. It's also not possible to cancel the order for whatever dumb reason. I'm super annoyed and am doubting that I'm ever going to get the shirts. Have I mentioned that they immediately took the money for the shirts/shipping from my account? Yeah, I'd like my money back, please. You can keep the shirts.
Furthermore logging into my account has been almost impossible. I try logging in, it says the password is wrong, I tell it to send me a new one, I click the link in the email, I enter a "new" password (hint: it's the same one I know I used the last time), it says ok your password's been changed, I try to log in to check the status of the damned tshirts I ordered months ago, it says the password is wrong, rinse and repeat 5 out of 6 times. I've also cancelled my WWE Network subscription FOR THE SECOND TIME NOW. Because it suddenly said that my subscription was still active even though I know I cancelled it two months ago.

I'M WRITING HERE TO COMPLAIN FOR MY BAD EXPERIENCE BY SHOPPING FROM WWE EURO SHOP FOR THE FIRST TIME. I ORDERED MY ITEM (Order # 03221568) ON THE 28TH MAY AND STILL TILL TODAY MY ITEM IS NOT SHIPPED AND BEING PROCESSED. I DON'T KNOW I GOT CHEATED OR WHAT. I PAID BY PAYPAL. I TRIED TO SEND EMAILS TO WWE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN USA AND IN ENGLAND BUT NO REPLY. I TRIED TO CALL NO REPLY NEITHER IN USA AND THE NUMBER IN ENGLAND IS WRONG. THIS IS VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WRITE ON THE SHOPPING WEBSITE THAT THE PROCESSING TIME ONLY FOR 48 HOURS. I DEMAND FAST REPLY FROM WWE SHOP ON MY EMAIL AS I NEED MY ITEM THAT I PAID FOR ASAP AS THEY CLAIM GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THEIR FANS.

Screw these con artists I'm tired of wasting money for this stuck up company I hope they run into the ground and I hope everyone in the company goes broke and ends up penny less

Never again. Many mails wrote to what they call Customer Service for nothing. Never again!

Ordered on Thursday. They charged my account 5 times and after many phone calls have still not refunded my money and refuse to say when it will be refunded

Placed a order Saturday after black Friday and still haven't gotten my order. They keep telling me it is being processed today. I still haven't received an email that it left the company. Where is my order. Very disappointed in this company. The guy on the phone was very rude.

So.. I live in Portugal, I ordered 10 WWE T-shirts that were from sale (106€ total shipping cost included) but... I am really afraid, because my tracking number doesn't work on any TRACKING ORDER sites, and I am freaking out. On the WWE EUROSHOP site says that I Ordered the stuff, and it says STATUS: SHIPPED for days..
But on WWESHOP.COM says I didn't ordered anything from "this account".

And the worst thing, I see everyone talking s%&@ about WWE EUROSHOP and I am very afraid.. Just wish me luck.

Only ever had 1 issue out of about 20 odd orders that I have made so I can't really complain, we are all human. Delivery could be a little quicker but they have to supply the whole of Europe so again, no moaning there. The tshirt's are excellent quality, thick and weighted. I would also like to praise Paddy one of the customer service staff for WWE Euroshop, he is a pleasure to chat with when I have spoken to him over the phone, probably the nicest customer service staff member I have ever spoken to from any company, sorts things quickly, knows what he's doing and extremely polite and friendly. Give him a promotion!

Placed an order was given a conf# called to check on order 3 times all 3 times couldn't find I asked to speak to a supervisor twice was put on hold then told the supervisor was busy both times! Will not be ordering anything else from the wwe shop ever again! Thanks for not providing me with the Halloween costume that my 7 year old wanted!

Made an order on May 3rd for my son's birthday. Did not receive the t-shirt yet. It was supposed to arrive 3 to 5 days later and nothing! I sent emails and I have no replies. I tried to call the phone number indicated in the order confirmation and it does not work.
I shop a lot online and never had such a bad experience as this one.
BAD BAD BAD!!!!
I just hope I receive the t-shirt I ordered and paid 38€ for!
My son is heart broken. :(

I just received my order today. After using WWE shop facebook to complain, I received today (17-05-2016) a email message replying to all my previous messages and I received my son's t-shirt by noon.
Thank you WWE for solving this issue.

DO NOT ORDER from their website they take the amount 2 times & your card will receive a DOUBLE CHARGE for whatever item you order. IF you have a great Credit Card service they will remove but IF NOT & yours is a Google Wallet card they will hold they extra charge for 10 DAYS!!!!!!

Ordered weeks ago, nothing received today.

I spend £100 on wweshop and was very satisfied with my purchase until I found out that it was on its way to my house when it actually wasn't. I found out from Pitney Bowes that my offer had been printed wrong and was still in the us. After ordering on the 1st of February. I am now due to get it 1st of
March. Absolutely ridiculous. I tried to call wwe shop and the number did t exist until I got the right number which they did not pick up any way. WASTE OF TIME. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!
