I love the shop they have reasonable prices and always have great gear.

Ordered my husband an edge shirt for his bday it was suppose to arrive the 25th of august, we actually received it the 22nd we had great customer service feedback when we emailed them our questions. They are working with a skeleton crew due to covid and still managed to make our day.

I have had the most awful experience after purchasing a WWE child's belt for my nephews birthday present. After seeing it as "I stock" on their website and paying for the item to be delivered direct,(on June 26th) I received confirmation if my order and that it would be processed. After a week or so had passed I recieved a fedex update to say my parcel was ready to be collected from the wwe depot, fast forward a few more Weeks and after trying to use the fedex portal for updates, it noted it hadn't been dispatched by the WWE shop, after contacting customer services they advised that it hadn't actually been in stock at the time of order, but was now conveniently restocked and they would dispatch it immediately. After another week I checked in to see the status, again No further update on the Fedex website, so again I contacted customer services who advised there had been further delays with customs and it had been sitting in customs, but was now sorted and would be delivered in the next 3-5 days.. Again fast forward again and the item had still not been recieved. I contacted them once more, rather disgruntled as you can imagine, only to recieve an update that they had automatically refunded me as the item had been returned without delivery or explanation via the delivery courier. This whole debacle began on June 26th and I was notified today on Aug 18th... My nephew has not recieved any gift and I have recieved a refund without any empathy or apology for the situation. I'm utterly disgusted.

Ende April hatte ich zwei T-Shirts bestellt. Bei der Bestellung waren die Shirts auch noch auf Lager. Da nach zwei Wochen nicht einmal eine Versandbestätigung kam, habe ich einmal nachgefragt, was mit der Bestellung passiert ist. Die erste Mail wurde vom WWE Euroshop ignoriert. Nach erneutem Nachfragen hieß es auf einmal, die Ware sei gar nicht auf Lager und kommt erst gegen Ende Mai. Anfang Juni dann endlich die Versandbestätigung mit Lieferdatum. Das Paket kam aber nie bei mir an. Das Paket wurde retouniert, ohne das mich der Lieferant oder wwe euroshop darüber informiert haben. Wieder mein Versuch mit dem Shop in Kontakt zu treten und die Bestellung zu stornieren und mein Geld zurück zu verlangen. Wieder wurde die erste Mail ignoriert und ich musste eine zweite senden.

Fazit von all dem: von Anfang bis Ende grottenschlecht. Ware die gar nicht auf Lager ist wird als verfügbar angezeigt. Lieferzeiten als wenn sie mit dem Ruderboot von UK hierher kommen. Und ein Kundensupport der sich erst nach wiederholten fragen um die Angelegenheit zu kümmern beginnt.
Bloß nicht bei diesem Shop bestellen. Das ist verlorenes Geld, verlorene Zeit und verlorene Nerven

Unsere erste Bestellung letztes Jahr kam innerhalb von wenigen Tagen an. Zu Ostern haten wir wieder eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Auf diese mussten wir 2 Monate warten und über 15€ dazu zahlen, da das Paket verzollt wurde. Es gab vor einigen Wochen ein Update der Shop Seite. Seitdem kann man ihn nicht mehr benutzen. Wenn man auf dem PC etwas in die Suchleiste eingeben will, nimmt er nur die Hälfte der eingegebenen Buchstaben.

Kann mich nur den schlechten Bewertungen anschliessen. Lieferzeiten liegen bei 7 Wochen plus, 1 Teillieferung kam überhaupt nicht an und zusätzlich sind die Schuhe, die in Grösse 41 bestellt werden tatsächlich eine 39, also viel zu klein . FINGER WEG.

Wirklich unterirdische Lieferzeiten!
Warte jetzt schon seit über 4 Wochen auf mein Paket, von UK nach Deutschland ist normalerweise innerhalb weniger Tage da, auch mit Brexit aber der WWE Shop liefert anscheinend mit Fahrradkurieren aus, anders kann ich mir diese extrem langen Lieferzeiten nicht erklären.

I ordered a fiend belt got it and it's all messed up wwe shop told me one thing and then I called back to see where replacement was and was lied to again then hung up on what a joke wwe shop is garbage

I wanted a Chyna Legends Shirt, I got an R-Truth shirt the invoice clearly says Chyna ..What?!

Meine Bestellung ging angeblich zweimal verloren. Support scheint zuerst nett, aber wenn man mehrere Mails geschrieben hat, merkt man das er nichts macht und die erste Antwort ein bot ist. Bei mir ging es um eine 500 EUR Bestellung auf die ich nun 2 Monate warte. Extrem ärgerlich.

Ordinata una felpa il 6 gennaio, dopo varie mail ai primi di marzo mi dicono che l'ordine è stato perso e reinviando l'indirizzo me ne avrebbero subito spedita un altra, spedita e mai arrivata, alle mail di spiegazione e richiesta di risarcimento non rispondono più, quest'ultima parte mi riservo di cambiarla se riceverò l'onore di una risposta.

Hola, esto es una queja sobre cómo funciona la empresa Cecotec. El día 3 de febrero hice un pedido y por algún fallo en su sistema se triplicó automáticamente y se cobró três veces. Intenté arreglarlo con la empresa y desde entonces siguen dando excusas, no consigo ni la devolución ni tan siquiera el envío del pedido. Cada vez que hablamos nos dicen una cosa distinta y Nadir arregla nada. Son un auténtico desastre y más parece un timo Querina venta online,

I ordered Bro t-shirt the 5th of January. Never arrived so I emailed customer service and been told to wait 3-5 days and then again 5-7 days. So I emailed again the third time and didn't get answer. I opened a case with PayPal for refund yesterday and I got the money back right now. The t-shirt has never been despatched. On tracking the parcel is at PostNL sorting center but they don't know anything about it, GDS don't know anything about it and WWE couldn't care less. Avoid this website. It's a shame cos there's so much stuff I would love to have and can't find anywhere else. I'll go get my Bro t-shirt at my local graphic shop. Thanks WWE.

The tracking number doesn’t exist. Im still waiting for a pair of shoes since 1 month.

Very upset with my order .I placed a order for a tie shirt for a christmas present for my granddaughter.I received a email saying I would receive it Dec 19th in time for christmas.I didnt get it on the 19th but I got another email saying now its going to be Dec 31st .That was upsetting that it wasent here for Christmas .Today I get another email telling me its going to be January 4th .This was a shirt that was not out of stock and I cant get any answers whats going on .If u want something from wwe shop order it 6 months ahead of time

Ordered a number of items for Christmas on 5th November, including Drew McIntyre Christmas Jumper for our son for National Christmas Jumper Day on 11th December. The jumper was in stock when we ordered.
Order was received minus the Drew McIntyre jumper and delivery noted stated it was out of stock but would follow separately.
No sign of it so had to phone at end of November and was told we would definitely have it before 11th December. 11th December came and went but no jumper arrived.
We then waited until 17th December, hoping for delivery before Xmas and phoned (again) to be told they weren't coming back into stock and the we had to email them to cancel the order that they couldn't fulfil, which doesn't make sense at all!
Our son is a huge wrestling fan and was desperate for this jumper, so wrote a strong complaint as there were now no other jumpers in stock in his size that he liked however, their website still said there was Drew McIntyre jumpers in stock.
Their administration function is a complete failure. When you phone the staff are pleasant but their processes are incompetent.
Following our complaint and us being told we had to cancel the order they couldn't fulfil, we really wanted a sincere apology for the disappointment and their incompetence. What we got was a complete brush-off.

Ordered a Championship Title watch on Black Friday, Dec 1, and it arrived on Christmas Eve to Australia. No issues here
