Ordering was easy except for the confusion about needing the perscription for ordering supplies. I had some issues trying to upload a digital copy of the perscription but after sending a message the tech team found the problem and fixed it. The order went through quickly and I recieved my supplies prior to my trip so bravo on the follow through.

I will give 4 stars because ResMed makes great products, but I am a little let down by their store. The store itself is nice in ways, but I have a few issues. Issue #1: I ordered an AirMini N20 Setup Pack a few weeks ago but now I cannot order anything from the site. I get the error, "ResMed Shop is not yet licensed to ship medical devices to your area. To check another zip code, click here or find a retailer near you who can ship to your area" Issue #2: Why on earth does it only let you order AirMini products? Issue #3: The checkout itself is very "Shopify" feeling. That's not a big deal, but it feels kind of cheaply done. Fix at least the first 2 issues and I'd definitely upgrade to 5 stars.

Michael Devane provided outstanding customer service each time I reached out. I appreciate that Michael knew how to interface with Mayo Clinic to obtain the correct prescription information. He is knowledgeable about the product and process, has excellent communication skills and ensured that I received the product in a timely fashion. I referred my husband and he had the same excellent experience.

Even though my doctor's office was slow with their response, the resmed staff stayed actively involved to make sure I received my unit quickly.

The replacement nasal pillow receptacle did not match my Air mini.
Is there A physical store in the Modesto Stockton, or Sacramento area??

Love my Res Med air mini. Used it for a week on vacation and slept like a baby.

The travel size is definitely worth getting. It's perfect for traveling and just as effective. And you don't have to worry about the water tank

The person with whom I dealt was great, even when we had to get a revised prescription which included the length of time I would need a CPAP. And in spite of this delay, they got the Mini sent out in plenty of time for my vacation. Now if someone could just explain to the regular CPAP people why I’m not currently using my regular CPAP. Of course I’ll go back to it when I return from Canada.
