I am extremely disappointed with the ResMed AirSense 11 and the level of customer service that comes with it. For a premium-priced CPAP machine, the product quality and support have been far below expectations.
The AirSense 11 has several frustrating design flaws compared to older models. The water chamber is poorly designed, difficult to insert correctly, and too small, often running out of water overnight. The machine can also be noisy, inconsistent with pressure delivery, and prone to connection or leak issues. Many users online have reported similar complaints about loud operation, humidifier problems, app connectivity failures, and unreliable performance.
During the middle of night depending upon the outside temperature it’s start to gargle and wake one up, the automatic feature is absolutely terrible and if you try to explain customer service they have no idea or they say they have to send it over to their technician who takes another 2 weeks but doesn’t do anything and may say that the machine is ok.
What makes the experience even worse is the poor customer service. Attempts to get help are generally met with long wait times, lack of follow-up, and little accountability. Support staff seemed more interested in dismissing concerns than actually resolving them. Several customers have also complained publicly about warranty delays, lack of technical support, and difficulty getting replacements or repairs.
For a company that markets itself as a leader in sleep therapy, ResMed should be doing much better. The AirSense 11 feels like a downgrade from previous models, and the after-sales support does not justify the high price tag. I would not recommend anyone to buy this product based on my experience. I think there are better alternatives in the market then this price of garbage
Lucky to get one star - another mask fail .
Right now ResMed are lucky to get 1 stars after a third mask fail - a fairly new mask which has torn for some reason on the bridge of the nose position .This comes after previous failings strap to mask connectors where they became detached from the outer mask section .
I have had a cpap for about 7 years now and its only recently that the equipment quality has been an issue.
As all you cpap users out there will agree - this stops the whole sleeping process and whilst users have varying degrees of reliance on the machine in my case it is very serious .
I don't have a spare so I will have to try to tape it up or sleep in a chair until a new one comes .
This is medical equipment which should be made to the highest standards ! - it seems that quality has dropped putting many users at risk - not just me .
Not impressed and will definitely be exploring other manufacturers now as I need to trust the equipment .

Vor zwei Tagen wieder nach gefragt, immer noch nicht raus. Um Expressversand gebeten. Heute wieder nachgefragt. Gerät ging immer noch nicht raus. Soll aber lt MA bis Mittwoch bei uns sein.
So einen katastrophalen Kundenservice habe ich noch nie erlebt! Vor allem, wenn am Tag der Bestellung die Dringlichkeit erwähnt wurde!
Ganz toll, nach Hirnblutung und einer Sauerstoffsätbigung von knapp 92% - NICHT!!! Meine Mutter schläft seitdem das Gerät defekt ist keine Nacht.
Die Firma ResMed sollte sich wirklich schämen!!!

It requires the ability to feel for the circular mount , rotate and lock into position .. If you are going to buy one check this out for yourself ,The superseded model was just a simple andlogical fitting.. Resmed recall and replace these please Alan Brisbane
All they care is to take our money every year for their broken attachments

- Helps to better sleep quality

- Really BAD product quality! You have to replace the mask and the mask holder during less than 12 months! All they want is to take our money!
- During summer, in countries with temperatures more than 40 degrees, breathing is very difficult. And the Resmed devices require us to buy an extra attachment, a humidifier, which needs us to...boil the water before we pour into it! What else are you going to ask us for?
- Resmed is requiring from us to LOGIN to their app EVERY 60 days! Otherwise they DELETE your account! I own a business and I have to use dozens of apps and websites and I also have dozens of emails. Do you think I am a nolifer and I will spend extra time to login to your website? Just to see what exactly? This is my doctor's business. Your machine does the job and that's it. Who told you to delete our account after 60 days of inactivity? They used to have 6 months of inactivity but they reduced it to 2 months and I just had enough of the spam.
Change your policy and change your mind. Your product is cheap plastic from Asia and you are selling to make x5-x10 profit, plus that you want to take our money every year for nothing.

Trotz Anpassung der Maske vor Ort und scheinbarer fachlicher Beratung, ist diese in der Praxis ungenügend, bereits nach der ersten Nacht absolut unbrauchbar und nicht erstattungsfähig, da privat gekauft und wegen Hygienevorschriften dies nicht möglich ist. Geld verbrannt, nie wieder.

Ich hatte vorher einen Resmed AirSense 10, der war super.
Nach 6 yJahren wurde das Gerät gegen ein nagelneues AirSense 11 getauscht - eine fürchterlich Fehlkonstruktion. Nicht nur, dass das Gerät länger (dafür etwas flacher) ist als der Vorgänger - es macht deutlich hörbare Motorengeräusche beim Ein- und Ausatmen. Auf einem hölzernen Nachttisch aufgestellt wirkt dieser dann noch wie ein Resonanzkörpet für die Geräusche. An Schlaf kann man als normal Hörender nicht mal denken.
Wie kann man so etwas konstruieren und auf den Markt bringen? Wird das nicht mehr vorab getestet???

Very unreliable got on to call centre who said would connect me with office I purchased machine from waited for ages then recording said leave message they would call me back never heard from them very poor business customer relations Update they did eventually get back to me late afternoon

Poor durability & shocking technical support
Product (Resmed Airsense 10 Elite) performance is excellent, but durability is poor. Fan motor became very noise after only 30 months of use.
Device was purchased from official distributor abroad and I relocated to the UK 18 months ago. When I approached the Resmed UK for help with the faulty device, I was fobbed me off being informed "we are unable to inspect a device purchased outside the UK"
After I provided proof that the device was purchased from an authorised reseller I was informed the manufacturers warranty period for the device has expired. I was offered "as a gesture of goodwill", Resmed UK would "arrange an out-of-warranty inspection" at a cost of £75.
Resmed UK Tech support took a full 2 weeks to provide a final "offer" - a CPAP device is an essential part of chronic treatment for OSA and snoring.
Surely an international "premium" brand (based on on the premium pricing of the device) should provide better customer service. I plan to take my custom elsewhere.
Poor design, good customer service
Good customer service let down by poorly designed products.
ResMed 11 has a breathing tube that isn’t on a spinner so the hose manoeuvrability is very poor. (unlike ResMed 10), why do an “upgrade “ which has less functionality than its predecessor? Similarly, the water tank is smaller and spills constantly, and its metal heat pad is such poor quality metal that the first time you wash it, it scratches everywhere. I’m in a hard water area and the water tank has to be cleaned every night- the tank is full of nooks and crannies where you can’t remove calcium deposits. For the price of installing a decent metal heater pad it must cost around pennies per machine.
I’ve tried six different masks, none fit very well. The head straps need an additional cover to fit properly available for £10 on Amazon, but you shouldn’t have to buy them extra for such an expensive machine.
The customer service is excellent, the product design team needs to ask the end users what actually works.
Mask scam
I bought a nasal mask ,silicon advertised for $69, right beside was the same mask memory foam ,69 for 3 or 29.for 1,. Nothing indicated the silicon of 69 was one . I have bright this to Resmed attention it is badand misleading advertising ,only to be met with nothing but tun around. Loyal customer of nearly 10 years now I will buy from sites in China ,shame on you Resmed
Worse mask ever the Resmed N30I
I bought the N30i mask and I’m sorry to say I paid £150 for this terrible mask. It leaks pressure the head gear is useless keeps riding up at the back know matter how tight just a terrible mask. If you don’t want to waste your money avoid.

I have been trying to lose weight for awhile, and had a family member recommend ResMed to me and I have lost 34 pounds so far, if ever I have questions or need support that are always there for me. If you’re serious about losing weight this is a good option.

Resmed AirMini
I have two machines. The Resmed 11 is great.
I bought an AirMini to travel. When you are out of your Timezone the AirMini does not show the correct hours it has been used at all. I contacted Resmed, and they said that was normal. For a machine designed specifically for travel!!!
It did update correctly when I got home, but, if you are staying overseas, the details that doctors need is not correct. This is extremely poor. I would not buy the AirMini if you need to report usage whilst overseas. What a ridiculous oversight.
Confusing Service
I came into the Aspley store with my mom to get a trial machine. One of the staff served us — she mentioned she used to be a nurse, which sounded reassuring, but she insisted the pressure prescribed by Mom’s doctor was too high and set it differently based on her own opinion. She said she’d let the doctor know about the change, but our specialist wasn’t happy with this at all. It’s left us really confused, especially my mom, and it doesn’t feel right that the settings were changed without the doctor’s approval.

My experience over the last couple of months with Angel at the ResMed Aspley QLD store has been very positive. I am extremely grateful to Angel for her caring support, Sleep Apnea and Sleep Apnea machines knowledge as well as great customer service.
Angel has assisted with the Purchase of 3 Machines this year and has patiently worked through our issues with Mask Leakage.
Angel has reached out to ensure that our Stats have been working out and has continued to help us resolve any issues.

I ordered a chin strap being newly…
I ordered a chin strap being newly diagnosed with sleep apnea. It turned out to be the wrong size not worn just tried on. I spent $1700 on a Resmed Cpap set up and they would not refund for the chin strap. What does that say about service to their customers. Terrible customer service. Unless you know exactly what you want and size don't order from them you will just be left out of pocket. I wasn't even asking for a refund and offered for them to swap it for filters. They are an absolutely unnacommadating company dont't order from them.
