We purchased our Resmed travel cpac about 16 months ago. My biggest complaint is the head strap. It is weak, small and insufficient. It slides around my head which is very uncomfortable. If I lay still it is tolerable, until I had enough and take it off. I called the customer service and asked about a better option. The response was there was no other option. Would I recommend spending close to 1,000.00 on this product? I would have to say no, not until they come up with a more efficient head strap.

The Resmed 11 is crap. Had the 10 for years with no problems whatsoever. The 11 is a massive backward step and I would not recommend anyone to waste their money.

Very difficult to order right part to air mini. For me it looks like they do it on purpose. If not they could make dedicated sections on there page for accessories for air mini. It would not be to difficult. I dont now how many time i have irder wrong part for my air mini. I will not buy any more machine from Resmed. I will not recommend Air Mini for anyone.

Good equipment, but lousy customer service.
My CPAP was heating too much and cracked my containers every 6-7 weeks. Sent it back, returned saying they had fixed it. Same problem as before.
Sent it back, and they returned it to me saying nothing was wrong with it.
Also impossible to reach them directly, had to go through the distributor where I purchased it.

Dont buy from Resmed.
Their support is just terrible.
I just tried their Support here in France' they just did not give a shit!!!

Very money hungry, did not offer any services with my CPAP subscription, and even getting replacement magnets was a huge ordeal.

Ordered the chin strap, what a waste of money. Doesn't do what it's meant to, just slips off. No way to leave a review for the product on the website. Ordering was easy and delivery ok.

April 4, 2026. Changes have been made that are horrible for customers. Resmed has cut out customer service and made re-ordering accessories much more difficult and expensive. I quick message to Gemini revealed that the company is switching entirely to manufacturing. To get supplies at all (or at a fair price), you have to get all your records from your prescribing physician and then apply for membership in yet another part of the health care bureaucracy. If you can do this successfully, then you can order from this new entity. Again, look at Gemini for info and explanations. Needless to say, all these changes were made without notifying long-term customers. I will never use Resmed again.

My wife couldn't wear the CPAP after getting it home. The store where we purchased it and ResMed won't refund our initial payment of $181.25. My wife only tried the mask on, she never used the machine. What a rip-off.

Poor company. There never call You back. Always have excuses. Switching company's asap.

Unable to check out after 5 atemps ended up with 2 of the same unable to remove 1
In trouble shuting kept saying check mask fitting but nothing about a stuck valve found if you block the end with your hand with the mask off you can unstick the valve

So having been on cpap for 28 yrs, i have a pretty good understanding how the cpaps work. The particular one im using has failed to reach the pressures it's supposed to on multiple occassions.that the first problem. 2nd their reps are un trained i ve been told to "move furniture in room and plug into different walls", been told" nothing can be done", been told" I don't know i can't explain it". Told to Unplug and plug back in... for a 1k piece of equipment you would think it should work reliably consistently. Can it be just a bad cpap? No one seems to think that but me.called resmed directly was told there's nothing they can do, to call rep again. So no i wouldn't recommend resmed I'd say check their competitors first.

A place where you will take verbal abuse daily natraully for A customer care job, but are expected to take it and give a 3 warning chance to the patient while they are swearing and calling you names, the lack of compassion there is down hill, the pay is way below average for the abuse you have to take, the expectations are high and you are thrown into the job to be expected to be some specialist after 2 days and are graded on your performance and the company makes you feel like you are in kindergarten. Would never work or recommend this company to anyone!

Slecht... vooral de levensduur van de maskers zijn kort... snel lekkages... zonder verwarmde slang is het helemaal waardeloos... een nieuw masker laten bezorgen duurt lang... te lang... kan al een een week geen gebruik maken van mijn cpap... dit heeft invloed op mijn slaap en vooral vermoeidheid overdag... waardeloos bedrijf... schuurt tegen het criminele aan...

ResMed’s products are overpriced, the quality is shocking and the customer service is non-existent. A plastic and fabric mask costs around £100, and instantly bobbles / elastic snaps. I’ve had this happen twice. Because they have a monopoly, they can charge exorbitant amounts.

The humidifier started leaking after about 2 months. The main issue was I couldn't find any customer service to complain to or get a replacement.

I recently switched from the Philips DreamStation to the ResMed AirSense 11 CPAP machine. At first, I was impressed that it could automatically adjust the temperature and humidity. However, I’ve run into several issues:

Small water chamber – The chamber is very small and runs out of water quickly.

Humidity/heat settings – I didn’t want to use heat or humidity during the summer, so I turned those settings off. But then I received a message saying they should be set to “Auto” to avoid a dry nose. After switching to Auto, I now wake up with severe dry mouth—a problem I never had before. Why does the machine cause discomfort both when humidity/heat are off and when they are on Auto?

Tubing quality – The tubing is very stiff. Interestingly, the tubing that came with my Philips CPAP (made by ResMed) was soft and flexible. Why isn’t ResMed providing the same quality tubing for their own machine?

App feedback – I receive daily notes from ResMed on my phone, but all they offer are videos and articles. Why isn’t there a way to submit my concerns directly through the app?

Customer support – Why doesn’t ResMed provide direct customer support for users?
