As we have already indicated in the message that we have previously provided. It is not safe to ship glass jars without minimal protection.
Anyway, we'd like to point you back to the message we've received from UPS: "When damage occurs, UPS inspects the packaging and tests for cushioning in accordance with the packaging instructions included in the Safe Transit Association's 3A test procedure. (ISTA) for package shipments and published by ISTA itself Your package did not meet these instructions or packaging requirements UPS is not responsible or liable for loss or damage to any package due to improper packaging This assessment revealed the following deficiencies in the packaging used for this shipment: We are not responsible for damage to merchandise due to the perishable nature of merchandise."
For our part, at no time did we open your shipment, so we are unaware at all times of the content and the type of packaging and protection it contained. This is only done if the client requests it and this was not the case.
We send your package to Hungary in the same box that we received it, if it is damaged during transit, the problem is directly from the courier NOT from us. Subsequently, and after requesting the documentation of the content, we proceeded to open the claim for damages to UPS.
After picking up the package by UPS and reviewing the packaging and protection, the claim was closed because there was NO protection.
The negative review should be given to UPS and not to our company, since we have helped him in everything that was in our hands with a fluidity of communication and unbeatable service.

Good service coming with unaffordable price

Hassele free package forwarding. My package was redirected to my address the same day it arrived in their warehouse. However You have to confirm the forwarding yourself after recieving the arrival message.

Reliable, fast & expensive
Fast shipping, clear and fully understandable price chart.
Too expensive though, especially for shipping to non EU countries, with a unique and strange €20 fee for "prepare to customs".

The preparation is due to the collection and preparation of all the necessary and required documentation for early clearance by the Spanish Customs Administration. We are glad to know that the rest of the costs and the shipment of the same are fast. As well as customer service is second to none. We are waiting to continue receiving your packages.
I recommend
I used both the shopping service (the goods were purchased from a store in Spain for me) and shipping (the goods were delivered to my address in EU). Both services were performed quickly and there were no issues.
The interface of the shopping service was a bit confusing at first but the customer support helped me promptly and after that it was easy to use.
Since there were no problems in connection with lost or damaged goods, I cannot comment on how such situations are solved.
