Sent expensive item successfully
I wanted to buy an Honor tablet in Portugal, but it only shipped to Spain. I bought it, Shipping-address-spain received it and sent it to me. It took a few days using UPS, but the tablet and all the accessories came perfectly fine. I was worried since the tablet was a bit expensive and it was my first time using shipping-address-spain, but I'm very satisfied! They also always replied to my emails within 10 minutes, which was great too. I'd use again if I ever need to order something from Spain! My only criticism is that the website could look a little more polished and professional. Either way, thank you shipping-address-spain!

Europes best freight forwarder
The team at shipping address Spain completely exceed expectations. Very helpful, friendly and quick processing times. I have used them a couple times now to ship packages to both the UK and NZ. There was an unforeseen issue with delivery to their warehouse and the team assured me they would collect my package from the collection point which was a massive relief - thank you Salvador! A week later my package arrived safe and sound in NZ. Would definitely recommend using them for any freight forwarding.

Address label creation needs improvement
Time wise they are very fast and offer several options of prices.
However the address label creation needs more attention and improvement. Of the 12 times I have used the services, 2 times the address label was wrongfully created, despite the addresses being correct in my account. The first time there was no address, just the zip code and my phone number; and the second time there was no door number. Luckily I was able to reach out to UPS and solve the situation.

Safe and Fast!
The service was new for me and I had difficulties loading my passport and the support team was very helpful! The shipping was sent quickly and took only about a week to arrive in Australia from Spain via the US. Everything was well packaged and undamaged and it was great all-round!

El teléfono para comunicarse no funciona dirve
El teléfono para comunicarse no sirve, póngalo completo. Además en todas las sucursales es lo mismo, no te contesta ningún humano, puros tontos robots. Mi pedido aparece como entregado ayer a las 6.30 y yo estuve aquí todo el día y nadie llegó a entregar ningún paquete. Pongan gente responsable.

Smooth way to get packages from Spain
Got my package from Spain with no issues. Was happy that it went so smoothly.
For branding purposes, I would give the app a more polished overhall. It will give it a more reliable/reputable look and would do justice to match with the high quality of the service.

Although Spanish customs were so…
Although Spanish customs were so difficult deal with, the company was so great- they were very fast in responding to all my inquiries and ensured everything would be ok. I received the package and I was very happy!

Issue with address - perfectly solved - great customer service
The company's address on my package was wrong, so there was quite the chaos with deliverying the package to Shipping-Address. It seems my account was created just before they moved, and thus I wasn't informed that the address will change soon. But the customer service was a great help and replied within hours - really, really fast. So they informed the postal service that the address needs to be changed and of course that took a little bit of time but was solved without any further issues, and they did a great job at solving my problem and sending me the package.
