A great service providing package receiving at an address in Spain and forwarding to the client. They also offer optional services for purchasing for the client from European websites, photographing the contents of packages received, and consolidating packages to be forwarded to reduce shipping costs.

So far, they have successfully ordered and received seven items for me in Spain, then forwarded them to me in California in three consolidated packages. The service has been friendly and efficient, and the packages well-packed and received in less than a week.

I am one delighted client!

Servicio confiable. Tengo experiencia previa con servicios similares para envíos desde Estados Unidos y el panel de control y servicios funcionaron de forma similar. Todo bien. Recibí correos notificándome cuando llegaron mis compras al almácen. Cuando consolidé los paquetes tuve que estar atenta a la página web para ver cuando estuviera listo para solicitar el envío del mismo y realizar el pago. Importante que los futuros clientes revisen los costos, dimensiones y servicios de consolidación y almacén previamente para no sorprenderse con los costos al final. También que tengan los recibos/confirmaciones de compra y detalles de los productos para anexarlos en el portal cuando soliciten sus envíos. Mi envío correspondió a dos paquetes los cuales solicité sean consolidados en uno solo. Todos los productos me llegaron bien en buen estado. Probablemente vuelva a solicitar sus servicios en un futuro cercano. Lo recomendaría si alguien necesita comprar algo desde España o una tienda que envíe a España y no directamente a su país. Tengan en cuentan los montos máximos de valor de productos que puedan importar a sus países de lo contrario puede que tengan que pagar tributos aduaneros y supongan un costo adicional que no tenían en cuenta.

Funktioniert unproblematisch. Mann muss sich halt exakt an die Vorgaben auf der Seite halten. Nachdem das Paket in Spanien ankommt bekommt man den Preis für den Paketdienst übermittelt + Handling und ggf angefallene Lagerkosten (siehe Tarifoptionen auf der Seite). Bei uns wurde das Paket am gleichen Tag weitergeleitet mit UPS, super easy und schnell.

Very fast, no problems.

Good service.
But the price is high and their price simulator is not clear enough.
I tought that i'd pay about 25-30€ but i ended up paying 38€
They added 1,65€ of handling fee and 21% of taxes (not included in the simulation but you need to read the small text at the bottom to know it and calculate it yourself).
They should offer other options than UPS, like regular posts or others more affordable shiping services.
I've found an other company who offer Fedex which is 4-5€ cheaper for my paquage so i'll try them next time, with UPS they had similar pricings.

I was happy with the ease of use and I did receive my package quickly without problems. That said, the cost of shipping was over double what the price estimator stated. 40$ to over 100$. There needs to be a more accurate way of giving price estimates

The excellent service since I came across this company, everything in terms of taking care of customers good, clearing and forwarding, and of course keeping, with all the necessary documentation.
