Issue with address - perfectly solved - great customer service
The company's address on my package was wrong, so there was quite the chaos with deliverying the package to Shipping-Address. It seems my account was created just before they moved, and thus I wasn't informed that the address will change soon. But the customer service was a great help and replied within hours - really, really fast. So they informed the postal service that the address needs to be changed and of course that took a little bit of time but was solved without any further issues, and they did a great job at solving my problem and sending me the package.

All problems taken care of, by management in timely manner!
I have made 5 shipments so far and all the problems that have arised was from UPS and all were solved by Salvador and David (the management) in a timely manner and without further delay! Shipping-Address-Spain shipping time is without any delays and problems or loss of goods from what I have encountered and that is a very good thing for me cause I need reliability!

Spanish Website to UK - Great service!
What a great service. Initially I was sceptical but ordered from Spain and shipped to the UK no problem. Fees reasonable and the options for dleivery & tracking are fantastic.
Instructions for the address to use for the initial order from the Spanish website was very clear too.

Great Service
The proces was easy for forwarding the package and updates regarding the status of my delivery has been available providing security. The packaging method could be improved to optimize the size of the package so the delivery would be a little more affordable.

The package already comes with the size that was sent to you from the store where you placed the order. For our part, we do not receive any message about the repackaging of said package and therefore we do not open the packages if the customer does not give us permission for such an action.
For future shipments, let us know that you want us to review the package so we can reduce its size.

The service has mostly performed as it should. There were only two minor drawbacks. First, the initial price calculation did not include the 21% tax (it would be nice if there was at least some note about that). And second the option to open the parcel and get photograph it's content was not working.
