We are very pleased to see your 3-piece round trip shipment was delivered ahead of schedule on both legs of your trip. However, we do regret to hear about the damage to your suitcases upon delivery. Receiving your equipment with damage is by no means typical, and we apologize for this inconvenience.
Rest assured, we have you covered. All ShipGo luggage shipments include $500 of complimentary insurance, with the option to add additional coverage up to $7,500 for a nominal fee. This insurance protects your shipment against damage or loss.
In this instance, it does not appear our team has been previously notified of this matter. Therefore, a member of our Claims Team will be reaching out to you today to gather the necessary information to file a claim so we can work toward reimbursing you for the damage.

Great company
Great company! Arranging pickup and paying was a breeze. The agent was at our cruise terminal and took the suitcases we wanted shipped. I would have given the company a 5 star rating, however, our 4 suitcases were suppose to arrive on Thursday. When I came home from a lunch date on Wednesday, they had been left at the door with nobody home. Anyone could have taken them.
