Worst courier service

I have been waiting for a delivery from a telecom company which supposed to be delivered within 24hours, yet it's been 72hours and still waiting for my delivery! Worst courier ever!!!

WORST courier company i have used my…

WORST courier company i have used my whole life. This company should not exist in a place like Dubai. The team are liers who only lie and tell you the same story. Dont never use this company ever. I dont understand how big companys can trust these people. They are amateur and dont have control on anything. !!!!!

Very very Bad service I ever faced in my life…I didn’t see any companies in the world like this..such worst service they were providing..every staffs in this Shipa Delivery is lier..they don’t have the value for their words..no customer service..very veryyyyyyy Bad service.please no body never use this company by mistake also…

This is to reaffirm the worst review…

This is to reaffirm the worst review this courier company has got.

Their flashy technology of tracking (whatsapp, sms etc.) and customer support is just an eyewash!
Customer support is just another machine sitting to tell you the same story that package will be delivered but when no one knows!
Try to change delivery address and the whole system gets confused including the delivery guy running around like a headless chicken.

IT'S THE WORST COURIER EVER

IT'S THE WORST COURIER EVER! Don't even know why big brands such as Adidas trusts this company. They will ask you you to schedule your preferred delivery but they will still deliver it when it's convenient for them! What's the point?!

Very terrible services

Very terrible services. Two days receiving that my order is out for delivery. Waiting at home cancelling all my appointments but no one is coming. Tracking is showing that delivery person is near my location. However I never received any call. Now they are telling me again to wait 3rd day. Customer service is terrible…reply takes ages.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 AVOID USING THEIR SERVICES

Very Bad Service

Very Bad Service, past few days trying to contact costumer care and keep disconnecting nobody to answer the call, Calling at night time to deliver consignment to clients. Please Don't use this service waste of time and money.

Fair is fair, I get my package in time. If you need help try their chat instead of calling

Fair is fair, I was supposed to receive a package yesterday when I suddenly saw my tracking updated estimated delivery with 3 to 5 days delay. So I tried calling them which due to busy lines didnt manage but then started chatting with them and they were pretty responsive on chat, I mean up to 5 min delay for chat response in my opinion is fair since we don’t know how busy the operator might be. I explained to them that I’m traveling tomorrow night and need the package, the operator said maybe with some delay with a couple of day you will receive, so I check for the reviews and saw very low rating. This morning I woke up and saw the package is already delivered to my home. So all and all I’m happy with their service and I think the fact that their shipping system shows much delay really disappoints people but in fact my package was delivered only with less than a day delay.

Too slow

Too slow, the driver promised to deliver on friday and next day i contacted them they said when do I want it to be delivered and shipment is just sitting at the warehouse

so poor services

so poor services, too slow, too much don't care about the client,, every time delay too much, too many promises, even they don't have delivery car number, what kind of company this.
they telling something, and they do something else completely, they are telling us we came to your home and no one is available to receive, after checking the CCTV camera and security, no one came ever.
4 days they are not free .

WORST OF THE WORST DELIVERY

If there was an option for - stars, that would go to shipa DELIVERY for their extremely incompetent customers service and delivery staffs. I experience a lack of professionalism when I gave clear instructions bit they just couldn't. DELIVERY still pending as of now after 3 days of giving the same instructions.

Train your staff to do their job properly or close your doors for the same. When people expect a parcel, its because they need it, not for you to store it for them.
