Ordered the Gini sunglasses on 28th…

Ordered the Gini sunglasses on 28th November for a Xmas present. Was not advised that they wouldn’t arrive before Xmas. Now 3rd Jan and still no sunglasses or tracking advice despite being advised that they would arrive between 30th Dec and 6th Jan. So frustrating!

Poor Customer Service and Lack of Resolution – Extremely Disappointing Experience

I placed an order with Shevoke on November 22nd, expecting it to arrive in time for Christmas based on their shipping policy. Shevoke claims orders ship within 12 hours of purchase, but my order wasn’t shipped until November 26th, four days later. Even after it shipped, tracking has shown no movement since November 29th in Sydney. It’s now December 17th, and I still don’t have my order or any real resolution!!!

I first reached out to Shevoke customer service on December 8th, sharing my concerns about the lack of updates and the likelihood that my package wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas. Instead of taking immediate action, I was told they were “waiting on the courier for a response.” I have followed up multiple times via both email and direct messages, but the responses have been generic, dismissive, and unhelpful.

What’s worse is that, after over a month of waiting, Shevoke suggested that I place a new order and pay for expedited shipping to get my item in time for Christmas even though none of this is my fault. Why should I as the customer, have to absorb the additional costs caused by their logistics failure? It’s absolutely unacceptable.

This gift is deeply personal to me, meant for my sister who is battling cancer. I’ve expressed this repeatedly, but there has been no urgency or effort to truly resolve this issue. Instead, I feel dismissed and ignored, left scrambling at the last minute to find a replacement gift that could have been avoided with proper customer care.

At this point I’m beyond frustrated. I shouldn’t have to pay extra to fix a problem I didn’t cause. Shevoke’s unwillingness to offer a solution or prioritize my case shows a complete lack of care for their customers.

I won’t be ordering from Shevoke again and wouldn’t recommend them to others, especially for time sensitive orders.

I’ll be loyal to companies like Revolve who prioritize every aspect of customer service and quality. They make sure you’re happy no matter what. You as the customer always win with them.

Lost Parcel without refund

My dad ordered a pair of sunnies for my birthday in october. It's mid december now and we still haven’t received them! After dozens of emails they refunded the express shipment fee only! The glasses are most likely lost and we haven’t gotten a new tracking link yet either.

They didn’t manage to change the address, but delivery lasted so long (Australian post delays overseas) that I was already back home from my trip. Unfortunately, there was no tracking number provided for the German carrier, so I had to figure out by stopping by delivery stations to find out if my parcel was being held there. As customer service did NOT get back to me with a response or tracking number other than they have been having delays in responding to messages. (I’ve been waiting since first week of December, now its January 20:)) I’m more than patient and it’s understandable that there is a lot to do during the holidays, but 7-8 weeks response time is just horrendous. When opening my parcel, I had to find out that they did not send me the sunglasses I pre-ordered, but the regular ones that had been in stock!! What?! I of course contacted customer service again, but I don’t expect to get a response at all. And if so, I won’t know how they gonna figure this out as I won’t pay for sending these glasses back either and have another struggle with them. Don’t waste your time with this brand. The sunnies are nice and quality doesn’t seem too bad either, but it’s not worth the hassle. Only reason for two stars are literally the sunnies, which you could possible get cheaper elsewhere.

I’ve been trying to contact customer service for weeks now to change the address for an pre-order that was only supposed to ship on December 10th. (Contacted them on November 30, first response on December 4, and nothing since then) They got back to me once saying it was no problem and asked to which address to ship it to. I responded right away, but no more answer and then I get an email on the 10th that my order has been shipped, but with the wrong address… I will be on holidays and will basically not able to welcome my order . The carrier will probably send it back and I really wanted that to not happen… improve your customer service response time please. Only 3 stars because the process isn’t over yet…

Basically not possible to return the order.

They would send you a nice, cute letter with your order, but they would stop being nice immediately if you wanted to return it. Their policy states that you have to return it within 10 days, which is in fact against EU regulations. I contacted them 5 days ago with no response. Buy at your own risk
