Their sunglasses are nice and they offer polarized lenses so that’s a plus. However, their customer service sucks, they only get back to you in 2-3 days and they’re not so considerate. I have placed an order and used a discount code but didn’t like the style on me so I ordered another different style before letting them know that I want to exchange it to a different style. So I emailed them about all of this then they tell me that they won’t refund my 1st order because I used a discount code and only a store credit. So I told them that I already ordered an exchange item because I didn’t want them to wait to receive my return before ordering the exchange item because delivery taaakes forever. They still told me no. And now with the exchange item that I paid for an express delivery, customs held it so I don’t know what’s happening now. I feel so disappointed and waisted money here.

Unfortunately there has been a problem with customs in regards to my delivery, but I want to give 5 stars to the customer support team who has been responsive, kind and efficient!

I didn’t accept my order, so it was automatically returned at the same day. I know that could take time but it’s a month now and I’m waiting for a refund. Lauren from customer service told me „maybe it’s lost and she lodged an investigation 😊“ literally with this emoji, while I don’t care if it’s lost because I never had it in my hands, and how many months should I wait for a refund for something that I didn’t even receive??? Never again.

Even though when I contacted the delivery service, they didn’t answer.

I bought the wrong pair of glasses and bought the right ones the next day and asked what i had to do to return the wrong pair of glasses. The kind team replied so quickly and also got the order before it got shipped overseas and corrected two oders to one order with the right sunglasses and also gave me the refund on the same day and nearly same time. The process was solved in no time and i didn’t have to worry about my orders at all she managed to correct my order and explained every step she made and will make. They are so Kind and quick i got more excited about my order now and can’t wait to receive it! I would def. Recommend Shevoke to anyone!

I had the best experience with Shevoke!

I had accidentally input the wrong address and my package got returned to sender.
I emailed their team and within 5 minutes I received a response advising they will update the address once it returns. Once my package returned to them, they sent it express to my address and didn't charge me for my mistake. They will so friendly and quick with their help - thank you Shelby and Lauren :) This was all done within 1 week, too.

The sunglasses arrived today and are incredible quality. They're gorgeous. Packaging is absolutely stunning too. Can't wait to purchase more styles, I've got my eye on 3 more! Gained a loyal customer and will highly recommend!

I ordered a pair over the busy XMAS period and the team were incredible accommodating with delayed shipping ~ they ensured they sent them express to a new address just so i could have them in time for a holiday! I also have had to return a seperate pair & the team also were fantastic & quick at solving this within the hour !! <3

I ordered sunglasses from Shevoke and was very disappointed. The quality is poor, with flimsy frames and unclear lenses. On top of that, shipping and customs fees made the total cost much higher than expected, and it definitely wasn't worth it. Be careful with customs charges if ordering from Europe – it's not worth the price.

I ordered a pair of glasses in November. Received several weeks later. They didn't look good on me and I was just going to sell them secondhand at a loss. (Don't even bother trying to return anything. It's useless and you will more than likely lose your money and waste time dealing with their worthless return process). SHOCKINGLY, I went to the Shevoke website to get stock photos and I ended up being automatically redirected to an order confirmation page. I assumed this was a glitch.

I was surprised and confused, but I emailed customer service within seconds of seeing the order confirmation page and notified the company to cancel the order and that this was an error. The response I got was something about how I can return sunglasses that haven't been tried on and in original condition??

To my surprise, ANOTHER pair of sunglasses (exact style and color) showed up at my door 2 weeks later. Customer service is hassling me, despite the fact that I never placed this order, never entered my shipping or payment information, and never consented to purchase OR authorized a charge on my credit card. Now I'm being hassled while trying to return an unopened box that I IMMEDIATELY requested not be sent to me. The questionable occurrence of this transaction now seems overwhelmingly more suspicious based on the shady responses I've received from customer service.

Be VERY careful with payment information and security when placing an order with Shevoke. Or, just buy sunglasses at a more reputable, trustworthy company.

Fantastic customer service, I ordered five pairs that were pre order for gifts for Christmas. They arrived within the advised time frame. Family love them. Highly recommend

I love my Shevoke sunnies! I don’t usually buy eyewear online because sunglasses don’t usually suit me, but I saw their ads on Instagram and decided to order. They did not disappoint, and the quality is so amazing!! Love their packaging too! I can't stop wearing my Zulu sunnies. Would definitely purchase again in other colours!

I purchased both the Zulu Brown and Kenny sunnies. I don’t usually write reviews, but I can’t say enough amazing things about my experience with Shevoke. From the moment I received each pair (purchased at different times), I was blown away by the care and attention to detail. They were packaged beautifully, which made the whole unboxing experience feel so special, not to mention the design, they fit my face perfectly and feel sturdy and well-made, but also lightweight and so comfortable to wear.

Every time I wear them, I get endless compliments and people asking where to get them. They make me feel stylish, put-together, and just overall at my best. As someone with an accessories brand myself, I’m incredibly picky about sunglasses, but these feel like they were made just for me.

On top of the stunning sunnies, Shevoke’s customer service was equally impressive. I reached out with a quick question about my order, and their team was so helpful and friendly. They replied almost immediately and went out of their way to make sure I felt confident in my purchase. It’s so refreshing to support a brand that truly values its customers.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses on the 6th of December 2024, it is now the 7th of January 2025 and they still have not come... This is despite a returned email from Shevoke claiming that it would arrive between the 30th and the 6th of January, after the original 3-6 day express shipping from the 6th of December was obviously not met. Terrible experience and ruined Christmas present.
