Timely response to shipping delay issue
I did not receive shipping information over the Black Friday period (not realising this period would affect shipping oops) so I emailed with Ellie and she was super helpful and kind to describe reasoning for this delay. I really appreciated the timely response and kind tone!! Thanks Ellie

Unfortunately I think they are a scam… I noticed my credit card charge was different than what I was supposed to pay. I stupidly ordered the same stuff a second time and asked them to erase the original order (thinking it was my fault)… They ended up taking my money twice. Rookie mistake. They won’t refund me. Afterwards, I realized they delete all their negative comments on Instagram. I’m so dumb. My bank is on it.

Brought sunglasses during Black Friday Sale. Customer services team are amazing, helpful, professional and prompt at replying. Unfortunately can take up to 5 weeks to get them during this busy period. Looking forward to receiving the glasses.

Just bought some sunglasses from their Black Friday sale. I realised straight after I purchased them that I ordered the wrong pair. I contacted customer service and within the hour, they corrected my order.

Purchased items for the Black Friday sale with ease. Had a super minor issue and when raised with the team they were so friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Can’t recommend highly enough and can’t wait to get my glasses!
$400 missing? THEY DROPSHIP
Update: Just found out from Aus Post that they are a dropshipping company. Makes so much sense. I'll never order from here again. Aus Post just confirmed that it's all from overseas so it's likely about $10 to make and then they sell for $200.
Spent about $400 on new glasses for my prescriptions. Item was scanned last week and there haven't been any updates. I've contacted Aus Post and have left a formal complaint as I haven't heard back from Shevoke at all via email. Customer service is genuinely shocking. I've ordered from them before and have never had this problem and to make it worse, the item I ordered when it restocked is now sold out.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses (delivered from their ware house in Fort Launderdale). They dont fit me and I immediately reached out to customer service to ask how to proceed the return (since they only give you a window of 14 days). Still 4 days later and 2 emails, no answer. To ship them back to Australia without a proforma inovice will be a hassle. Unless you can return to their warehouse in the US, do not recommend to order from this company.

DO NOT ORDER from this company unless you want to wait over a month to receive your item. I placed an order recently and haven’t had any tracking updates yet, the item is still waiting to be collected supposedly. Only after contacting the customer care team to chase up, was I informed that there was a delay but that I should expect my order this week. Well, that time has passed and there’s been no updates, nor communication. So disappointed.
Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service. I've already contacted the brand support more than once regarding my parcel. The package has been stuck in customs since July 21st, but I have not been notified regarding duty payments or anything. That's because the package was not handed to a third-party agency; therefore is not possible for me to guess which courier will handle things from there.
I'm not asking for anything more than assistance with the Australian Post, a courier that does not assist if the "shipping address" is not an Australian address. I'm not refusing to pay duties; I've tried to solve things on my end. The reply was "Sorry, but once the parcel gets to customs, there is nothing we can do". Well... If that's the service assistance you offer for glasses over 100 euros, shame on you. I do not recommend this brand. Think twice if you don't want some paid-for migraine.
