Quick and generous!

They were so kind. I accidentally ordered the Zulu brown instead of the polarised and emailed customer service to see if I could pay the difference before they shipped it to save on shipping costs returning and buying the ones I meant to order. They sorted it out for me with no extra charge. Such great customer service and beautiful sunglasses. Can’t wait to buy from them again

Do not purchase any sunglasses for this Company - they do not send out your correct order - they do not respond to emails - they do not follow through with their Black Friday promotions. This company lacks professional ethics and integrity!!
I am still battling them for a pair of sunglasses I paid for in November 2025 and have not received!!

Amazing quality! So worth it!

I accidentally ordered the wrong colour and reached out to the team and they got back to me super quickly despite the black friday delays. My order arrived within the timeframe and with the correct item I requested 🥹 the quality is honestly so good and 100% worth it. I haven’t stopped wearing them since they arrived!!!!

I can’t commend Shevoke and their team enough! My friend and I both purchased orders and we received them so quickly. I accidentally added the wrong frame at the checkout and the customer service team was so helpful when I reached out to change my style! So in love with my order and can’t wait to buy another pair 🥰

zero stars, DO NOT waste your money.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.

I placed an order with Shevoke over 6 weeks ago. At the time of purchase, the website stated up to 2 weeks dispatch. It has now been 6weeks, and my order has never been shipped.

There has been zero communication from the business unless I repeatedly chased them. Tracking was created in late November but has never moved. I was told in writing that tracking would update “within the next week” - it never did. Since then, my follow-up emails have been completely ignored.

Now here I am 6 weeks later, out of pocket from my purchases, with no product, no answers, no updates, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the issue.

Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

Pretended to cancel my order, then sent anyway

Made an order on November 11th for two pairs of glasses, which was heavily delayed. Both glasses were advertised as in stock. Contacted the team seeking a new timeline for delivery and received a vague reply.
Contacted again asking for a full refund, a month after the order date. I was offered to instead swap one pair of glasses, as they didn’t have them in stock! I declined and asked again for a refund. Days later, I received a response saying they had “thousands of orders” and they’d “try” to find mine today to cancel”. 4 days later I received a notification my order had been shipped.
If the order can not be fulfilled in its entirety before the advertised time, at least fulfil the part that can and keep me in the loop! I spent $300 on 2 pairs of glasses, and I still have nothing to show. I feel like I’ve been taken for a ride. Also noticed they are blocking/deleting comments on their Instagram.

Misleading stock information and unacceptable delays

I placed an order with Shevoke on November 11th after the product was clearly marked as “in stock.” Based on this, the advertised delivery time was 10–15 business days.

More than one month has passed, and I still have not received my order.

After contacting customer service, I was only told that they are experiencing Black Friday delays and that delivery times are “estimated.” I was also sent a link showing a delivery window between Christmas and New Year’s Eve, meaning well over a month after the purchase date. This information was not clearly visible to me as a buyer at the time of ordering.

What makes this even more concerning is the contradiction on their own website. While products are listed as in stock, they also state:
“Any remaining items will be dispatched as soon as the final stock lands.”
This clearly suggests that the items are not actually available, which is misleading and unprofessional.

The tracking information remains stuck on “Pending,” with no meaningful updates. Between the unclear stock status, changing delivery expectations, and lack of transparency, this experience feels far from reliable.

This is not how a serious brand should operate. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Shevoke based on this experience.

Purchased a pair of sunglasses for my daughters birthday. Glasses are nice but they didn't suit her. Emailed to advise of return as per website on 5 Dec and no response. Sent the glasses back as per return instructions on website. Tracking tells me it was delivered a week ago but no acknowledgement so far. Wrote to them again on 12 Dec and still no response. No communication from them at all. Wondering if I'll ever receive a credit note? Such poor customer service.

Great customer experience

I ordered a pair of sunglasses as a gift for Christmas and noticed there was a delay on delivery. Reached out to customer support and Ellie responded within 24 hours apologising for the delay and offering to switch the product with another one they had in stock. Luckily, they were able to send my original order in time though!

amazing service well looked after

During Black Friday sales I ordered the wrong style of glasses and the team took the time and effort to find my order and cancel it despite it already been packed. I really appreciated this as it avoided the whole entire return process that I would have had to go through had they not done this. Great service.

Shevoke is an absolute JOKE of a company. It’s been 5 weeks since I placed my order and it STILL hasn’t been dispatched. Customer service? Horrific, they take 2+ days to reply to every single email, and when they finally do, it’s just more excuses and straight-up lies saying the order will be dispatched today and then it is NOT. Every message contradicts the last.

I asked for a refund, and instead of owning their failure, they told me they’ll only refund if I return the item, the item they haven’t even sent AND Zonly if it “meets their standards.” meaning they’ll probably find any reason not to refund at all. The whole thing feels shady.

I should’ve listened to the hundreds of negative reviews. This company is a nightmare from start to finish. Save yourself the stress and avoid Shevoke at all costs

Poor service & delivery times

I placed an order on 14 Nov and according the tracking the parcel has been waiting for collection since 24 Nov, I have emailed several times and received emails that my order is in preparation for packaging, according to 'Sendle' a collection attempt was made however unsuccessful. It has now been in excess of 2 weeks since I placed my order and it still hasn't left there warehouse. Don't continue to use 'Black Friday' sales as the excuse, if you can't handle the orders, don't take them!!!! I purchased for a gift and now have to purchase something else as package still hasn't been sent.

Received a different response today advising that the Zulu Brown Frames are scheduled to be dispatched this week. Our warehouse is working extremely hard to have these organised with the courier as soon as possible for you!
SO, MY QUESTION TO THEM WAS WHY HAS TRACKING BEEN CREATED IF THE FRAMES ARE NOT AVAILABLE AND SCHEDULED FOR THIS WEEK.... Every email response I receive is different.

DO YOURSELF FAVOUR AND BUY YOUR SUNGLASSES ELSEWHERE!
