I have used Sharp Skips for many year on many occasions. Each time they amaze me with their level of service and professionalism.

Each member of the team from the office staff to the drivers and weighbridge staff, they are all polite, knowledgable and extremely helpful.

Skip ordered but no confirmation email received. Called them about this and was told there was some issue with the computers and orders not processed fully, and resultant emails not sent properly. Confirmed the skip was ordered. Was told email would be sent. Not received.
Turned up on time and when collected got a call from them saying additional charge due as I had put furniture into the skip. Challenged this but was told it was in the T's & C's. Explained that I had not had sight of these as had not received the confirmation email for the order. Received a half hearted apology but left with no option but to pay the extra charge otherwise the skip wouldn't be taken. Certainly will not use them again.

Been using them for a while now delivery’s and collections always spot on lovely office staff and helpful drivers always go above and beyond no company comes close and used a few skip firms

I've used this company on many occasions for over 38 years for domestic skip hire, I've always found them prompt and efficient to deliver and collect. Their attitude to recycling and preserving the environment is second to non.

I ordered the skip over the phone as I wasn't quite sure of the size to get due to a tight space. The lady was very helpful and gave excellent advice. The delivery was great, the driver went above and beyond to ensure it was positioned in the best place. Would recommend

I've been booking skips with Sharps for a little under 6 months now and have never had any issues with the level of service that they have provided. Most of the time the skips are delivered / exchanged on the same day or if not then I am notified in good time.

All staff that I have spoken to have been a pleasure to talk to, very polite, knowledgeable and professional at all times with the very few issues I have had have all been rectified quickly.

Quick and efficient service. Both delivery and collection of skip made on the agreed days. Everyone I dealt with at Sharp, from the office staff to the drivers who dropped off and picked up the skip, were friendly, polite and helpful.

Well it all started so well, skip was delivered on time and to the right place. But then they decided to take the skip back without authorisation and now they keep contacting me, asking if I have finished with the skip.

Despite lots of promises to return the skip and lots of different excuses. I gave up with them and went to another local company. They were also very very expensive.

I would not use Sharp Skips again

Phone answered promptly booked skip for 2 days later.
Was delivered on time. Arranged pickup and time slot.
Again turned up on time. Driver’s and admin staff all very helpful and friendly. Prices competitive. What’s not to like!

I initially used another skip company for my first skip but after calling to get it changed and being told I had to wait nearly a week I changed to use sharp skips as I have a fast moving house renovation. They have always changed over skips the same day and answer the phone as soon as you ring. They were slightly more expensive than other companies but the quick reliable service was worth it. ( currently on skip number 8)

I always use Sharp Skips for waste disposal. This time was the first that I ordered a skip online. The comparisons between the sizes was really useful and it was very easy to pick a drop-off and pick-up date. A quick phone call to say I’d filled it earlier than estimated and it was collected the very next day. Great service and competitive pricing.

Second time of using service. Prices very competitive, delivered and collected on time with friendly staff both in the office and on the road. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
