Super easy booking process with lots of advice on suitable sized skips for the waste collection. Made sure to keep costs as low as possible which is always appreciated. Fantastic service received from Tracy and Chris. Highly professional and communicative. Resolved a minor issue in the booking super fast and without complaint (which was my fault..) Kept us updated on delivery schedules and ensured the collection was completed and satisfactory. Would highly recommend and will certainly use again..

Hired a skip bag which was delivered the day requested. Driver advised best place to leave it so we could access our drive and would be easy to collect. I had a query which was answered within an hour. We found a bag so much easier than a skip and would absolutely use this service again.

We used them for skips, grab lorry and materials. We've had a great service, they are professional and reliable. The skip came the very next day on a Saturday morning - would highly recommend!

I ordered 3 skips from GB Skips, communication was really good with timely drop off and pick ups. I was happy with their service until they damaged my drive on the last drop off, tiles were broken with a significant dip of the drive. I shared the drive with my older neighbours, I was worried they would fall and hurt themselves.

I text them photos of the damage asking if they could repair it since I was concerned about someone falling and getting hurt. Their response was that they are not liable for any damage, in particular on private property. I was advised to speak to their manager Ben, who was not available. I was told someone would call me back but they didn’t. Few days later after tiring day at work I totally forgot about the dip and fell myself. I text and called again next dat, manager Ben was again not available. I was told again someone would call me but they didn’t, it has been a week since I last called and still have not heard from them.

They’re quick to take your money, but show little responsibility, professionalism, or integrity when it comes to repairing damage they’ve caused to your property. Poor moral standards and conduct for a company.

A skip company you can rely on. Skip arrived the day after ordering. The driver put the skip exactly where I wanted it and made sure I was happy where it was! No hassle with the time you have the skip and was picked up the next day after calling! Can’t fault this company at all!

Ordered a small skip for a bathroom refit & when the builders skip company let us down I found GB Skips.

Spoke to Paul on the phone & everything was so easy, skip was delivered by Gary and he took the time to make sure the skip went where I wanted it to be

Once the work was finished called GB spoke to the same person & the skip was collected by the same person who delivered it just when they said they would.

A reliable company for skip services. I definitely recommend them. They are genuine and situated right next to us in Hainault. Although a tad expensive, their dependable and amiable team makes up for it. Paul provides outstanding customer support.
