Did not deliver the skip as planned per the date. despite several phones calls over several days the skip was finally delivered. They company has an SLA of removing the skip within 3-4 days. I called on a Monday to have the skip removed - 7 working days later it's still in my driveway, Have no idea when it will be taken back despite daily calls to the office.
Avoid if you can there are better companies out there

Update; improving to 2 stars - reason being, I asked to be put through to the complaints department, so I could log a complaint. Managed to track down a manager who was very cool (they within 1 hr picked up the skip)

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

They failed to collect the skip despite me chasing them repeatedly. Their extremely poor service has now delayed my building project, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

Be very careful before ordering a skip from this company. In my experience, they were quick to take the money, but when it came to collecting the full skip, they were nowhere to be seen. The skip has been left sitting on my driveway while I have had to keep chasing them.

The customer service and reliability have been absolutely unacceptable.

🚩 A serious warning to anyone in Romford and the surrounding areas: think very carefully before using this company. Based on my experience, I would never use them again and certainly would not recommend them.
