The skip could arrive at prescribed…
The skip could arrive at prescribed days which was good however it arrived late and was picked up very early so we were not able to make full use of it!

Thank you for your review. We're pleased that the skip arrived and was collected on the prescribed days, although we're sorry that the timing meant your experience fell short of expectations.
Just to clarify the timings, the skip was delivered at around 11:00am on Monday 7th September. An early delivery was not requested at the time of booking, so it was not specifically routed for an earlier time.
The collection was booked for Thursday 10th September, with a note advising that it must be collected that day due to a house move. The skip was collected at around 1:30pm on the requested day. Where no specific time slot is requested, our standard delivery and collection window is between 7:30am and 4:30pm.
We're sorry that the collection time was earlier than you had hoped. As long as we're aware at the time of booking that an early delivery and/or late collection is required, we're more than happy to route the job accordingly where possible.
We appreciate your feedback and hope we have the opportunity to do business with you again in the future, hopefully giving you an experience that earns us an extra star!

Helpful , pleasant staff.
Although the website ordering ordering appeared straight forward I got stuck in a loop trying to backtrack pages in order to change the size of skip that I'd originally opted for. I phoned Louis who was exceptionally helpful and informative. Both the delivery driver and the collection driver where professional, cheerful and considerate.

The lady I spoke to on the phone to order the skip was very polite and very informative about what could be put in the skip without extra charges.
I followed the info supplied about what could go into the skip without getting extra charges, so all good there.
The delivery driver was very helpful in getting the skip into my garden.
Overall, I am very impressed and would not hesitate to use them again
