Great communication and service. I even had a phone call on the delivery day to advise me of the 1 hr delivery window.

Wrong item
I ordered some items from Shaalis. The order and delivery was great however when I opened my items, the wrong item was delivered. I emailed right away and had no response. After a few days I emailed again on 18th and they said they had emailed on 15th refunding the cost of the item. I spoke to my bank who said a refund order came through on the 18th. Additionally I was not happy with a refund, as I still wanted the product I have ordered and to re-order it i need to pay a £6 delivery charge. I have emailed three times regarding thing and chatted via the live chat, but had no replies to my email, leaving me no choice but to write this review.
