Beware if you purchase Trivoli chairs - lovely looking design and I liked what arrived - however there appears to be a design fault with the chair legs. Although we had the chair for just over 12 months it was only used about 5 times (by lightweight people) as it was in our spare bedroom . The chair leg then split. It obviously is not a high quality piece of furniture and is poorly designed to bear any form of weight. Customer services dismissed the complaint outright with no offer of any compensation.

Very poor customer service. They cannot reply to a straightforward inquiry about their made to measure blinds. Have tried on three occasions to get some additional guidance, but no luck.
I was looking to order five blinds, but will now go elsewhere.

I bought two lamp bases from Voyage Maison. While the design was nice, the quality didn’t match the high price — one arrived damaged and marked very easily. Customer service was polite but inflexible, offering only a 20% discount or a return, which didn’t feel fair given the cost and the fact they were selling damaged stock of the same lamp bases for much less.

I was then asked to review both the product and the company. I submitted honest reviews, but neither appeared on their website. It seems they pick and choose which reviews they display, which undermines trust and doesn’t give future customers the full picture.

Overall, I was disappointed both with the product quality and with the lack of transparency in how feedback is handled.

Paid for a sample of enchanted forest wallpaper. Wanted to see in particular sizing of animals. Sample sent had no animals in it. Worst sample ever, showed me nothing. What was the point of sending it. Is it not the whole point of asking for a sample to see if the print/pattern is what you are looking for. I had already seen reviews that poor samples are sent out. But thought how bad can they be. Be warned.

Bought a Gaia mirror. It's perfect and I'm absolutely delighted with it. It did have a little dent on arrival which could have happened when I unpacked it as there was so much packing and it was packed like a large sardine but easily fixed. Great quality and stunning on the wall.

Be cautious in purchasing Morris-style Sunflower throw . At £50 you’d expect a much higher wool content . Wish I’d taken greater care on ordering as,a few weeks on, I have two pretty scruffy looking throws which have fluffed up and feel cheap and substandard

The designs are great and items are dispatched quickly. I’ve placed several previous orders with no issues. But beware if you do have an issue their customer services are terrible. I was sent a faulty item- it was badly damaged and should never have been dispatched. I have sent 4 emails explaining the issue and am still no closer to a return. In the meantime I have 2 gigantic boxes cluttering my house.
I had planned to buy further products but it is not worth the risk given the price point. I will stick to bigger brands with genuine customer service.

I wanted to order 2 roman blinds costing over £600 and deleted my first order after reading the Trust Pilot reviews. In the end I decided to risk it and I am glad to say I am delighted with my purchase. Voyage Maison did say the order would arrive in 5-7 days and it took a bit longer but in fairness there was a bank holiday during that time. When I phoned to chase the customer service team answered the phone straight away and could confirm delivery was the next day. Very pleased.

Bought a lampshade, it arrived damaged.
I've tried multiple times to contact them but had zero response.
Seems this is the norm.
They are more than happy to keep spamming their offers via email and tell us how great they are but in reality, they are not even ok, just terrible.
Don't let the expensive looking website and lies about hassle free customer service fool you, avoid and go elsewhere.

They quote a ‘hassle free returns service’, which is a complete joke. I’ve been trying to return an item for 2 weeks. Countless emails, no reply. Stuck with an item that is not as described on the website!
