I've been a customer for quite a while and I've always been happy with the contents of the box but the November one has left me feeling deflated why are there only 10 snacks instead of 15 but no reduction in price.

Dishonest business owner - avoid!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this 3-month snack box subscription was such a positive experience that I had to share. The website noted that customs charges were the customer’s responsibility, so I wasn’t surprised—though they were higher than expected, which led me not to renew after the trial.
The first box arrived quickly with a great mix of sweet and savoury snacks, plus a lovely leaflet describing each item. I canceled through my account but emailed to confirm, and the co-founder responded promptly and kindly.

There was a delay with the second box, during which they discovered a system error behind the customs charges. What really stood out was that I didn’t need to push for updates or request any action—the owner took a proactive approach, kept me informed, handled everything smoothly and rectified the error. The whole experience made the treat even sweeter. The customer service was exceptional—fast, reliable, and genuinely caring.

If I lived in the UK, I’d happily continue the subscription. I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends there—a truly wonderful experience!

O utstanding Chinese food. Lovely atmosphere and exceptional service. Mr Li and his team go above and beyond to ensure their patrons have an unforgettable experience. If you are anywhere near Sheffield, this is a restaurant you should not miss. Easy parking adjacent in the New Era Development.

The subscription box is fantastic, the items are all great and I love that the box includes snacks I ordinarily might not have thought to buy, with a good balance between sweet and savoury. I shared some with colleagues at work and they went down a treat! The magazine was a really nice touch too, lots of super informative content. It’s great that the boxes are themed so there’s lots of variety. Everything came packaged very neatly, you can tel that a lot of thought has gone into the presentation and overall customer experience.

Everything I ordered was more than what I had expected, it was my first time ordering from here and I went all out and I tell you it was worth it all. 1 item was unavailable but I’m perfectly okay with that. I would definitely order again for sure

Originally, the package was delayed and wouldn't be arriving until two days later. I was a little disappointed, but I understood it wasn't their fault. However, the package was delivered the next day, even more surprising on a Sunday! When I did get the package it was wonderfully wrapped and was exactly what I ordered. Great experience, I will definitely be ordering from Oisoy again!

I ordered a couple of mixed snack boxes and they have arrived promptly. However, they were both exactly the same (in fairness this possibility is clearly stated on the website) and each was missing an item. I have contacted the company about the latter and they have rectified the issue swiftly and even threw in a few extras as an apology, which I am really grateful for. I could have dropped them a star for the issues but they have fixed them and went above what was expected so this is a 5 star experience for me.
