This was my first purchase: ordering on line was easy and the dispatch and delivery of goods was quickly done. A truly good provision of well-priced Asian food. A product was out of date. I never complained, yet they still sent out a gift package full of amazing snacks to apologise. Great customer service!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We are sorry to hear you weren't happy with your order last month. We recognise that delivery times are slow with the strike action by Royal Mail and apologise it took longer than we would like to get to you. All our orders are dispatched within a day to try and get products to our customers as quickly as possible.
Regarding the best before dates, we have reviewed your order and note that of the three items ordered, one was use by 2024, one December and another November 2022. I presume it is the latter you are referring to as being shorter than you would have liked. We apologise if you feel as though this was insufficient shelf life to use the product. As a new start-up, we are listening and learning, and we have since implemented a system where products with a shelf life of less than three months are identified on the website.
