Easy booking
Seat Plan are easy to book with and send a timely reminder with tickets. We had gone cheap and booked restricted view tickets. Normally the restriction is minimal but this time there was a considerable bit of the stage out of view. However, we were very fortunate as we were offered seats in the stalls with an excellent view. Fab show. Sheridan Smith was brilliant!

Great Experience
The show had been recommended to us by a friend. We had seats in the middle of the Royal Circle, towards the back. This gave us a great view of the whole stage. The show was fantastic - what a great way to explain how Live aid came about & the good that has come from it. The cast were fabulous & the music took us back to the 1980s - yes we did sing along!! Was the perfect way to celebrate a birthday.

Amazing show and view
I sat in the dress Circe row B 14 excellent view but if you got long longs little cramped but the seat was comfortable the show stranger things was amazing and mind blowing wow factor definitely recommend seeing this show, the cast are a credit to this TV show felt like you was there

Excellent musical
Seats and view excellent, sound fantastic, band and singers great, song choices awesome - Bob Geldof, Harvey Goldsmith and Maggie characters were outstanding and funny. Well written. Nice one John. George from Exeter ( all those years ago).

I can I get half my money backlike to play
I like to play, but it wasn’t worth £102. We sat on row E one and two and it was next to a wall which I thought was by an Nile on the plan that you looked at it should’ve been £50 cheaper than what it was because you couldn’t see the other side of the stage and the seats were very uncomfortable and too small for tall people like my other half

A bit of a Con, I thought I was booking through the Theatre Web site (the Duchess) , Seat Plan charged me an £87 for a seat that was on sale from the theatre for £72.

Ordinarily, these should arrive within 30 minutes of receiving your confirmation from us, and are sent in a separate email from the ticketing provider. Sometimes these can be flagged as spam due to the attachment, or not come through for various reasons - while this is rare, it does happen, and we sincerely apologise that this was the case with your booking.
It doesn't look like we have an email from you in our help@seatplan.com inbox, so it sounds like you may have reached out to the ticketing provider directly in the first instance. The provider for this booking was Encore Tickets. Should there ever be any issue receiving the tickets or getting in touch with the ticketing provider, we always advise reaching out to our help@seatplan.com email so we can escalate this internally for you.
