No issue with the product. But waiting over a month for a few bars of soap with no correspondence is abysmal. I emailed after a month to cancel my order and get a refund but didn't receive a reply, just my order a week after my email was sent

Concern Regarding Delayed Order and Customer Experience
I would like to start by saying that I have generally been a happy and satisfied customer of yours. However, I’m writing to express my disappointment with my most recent purchase made on the 25th of June. As of today, the 22nd of July, I have still not received my order.
I had to follow up myself to find out what was happening, and only then was I informed that there was a delay due to the sea moss capsules being out of stock. While I appreciated the apology once I chased the matter, I was quite surprised that no form of compensation or goodwill gesture was offered, especially given the length of the delay and lack of proactive communication.
This experience has left me reconsidering whether I should continue using your company or look elsewhere in the future. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively, as I would like to remain a loyal customer, but this situation has certainly made me hesitant.

I've been ordering from seamoss.co.uk for a couple of years now without issue, until recently.
Since March, I have been unable to login to my account due to a technical issue with their website. I have raised the problem their support team who, after several days, replied saying that they were not aware of it and to trying 'clearing my cache' to see if that resolves it. After informing them that I already tried that, and that I also tried several different browsers with the same result, I have now been waiting 4 days for a response with no way to access my account.
I have now lost faith in this company and will be cancelling my subscription, as soon as I get access to my account!
