Never arrived got an email saying sorry was going to send an extra jar and pick one emailed back never heard from them again found another company.....

I didn’t receive it then got an email asking if I still want it after like 2 months got an email asking if I still want it as they had issues been another 15 days since that and still no response. What a joke I suggest ordering somewhere else

Sad to be writing this review but clearly not alone in my experience. Sea Moss UK what is going on???! This company used to be great. Fantastic products and service but now it’s an absolute shambles! They took my money and over a month later no product! Despite Adam telling me he’d ‘fast-track’ my order so I’d hate to see the slow track!!! Their seamoss is one of the best I’ve had and I’m so disappointed to be having to go elsewhere and with such rubbish communication too! If there are supplier issues, warehouse issues etc etc then fine TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS don’t continue to take the money and not deliver the products. It’s basically become a scam site! The amount of BS I’ve heard, about my message going into junk, despite messaging in insta previously 🙄 and when I finally get a message it’s to say I’m being refunded but no sincere apology!! Sea Moss UK you should be ashamed of yourself and to still plug the products!!!! No shame clearly. ADVICE for all those out of pocket. Raise a dispute with your bank and you’ll will be refunded. 6 weeks late and still no refund.

Ordered from this place for years and out of nowhere the service has gone terrible. No phone line in use and impossible to get a response

Poor customer service and a dishonest business. I’ve sent a messages on Instagram, sent an email and even spoke to someone on the phone. I’m still waiting for a confirmation email that I will get a refund but still nothing. Meanwhile they are uploading new posts on Instagram whilst not dealing with customers issues. Never ever would I buy from this company again. Your better of sticking with mylasmoss.com they move correctly!

Awful company. Order placed 3rd September. It’s now 18th Oct. No product, no refund and only 1 email to say ‘sorry’ with £10 added to my account, told my order will be shipped. Still nothing. Don’t waste your time or money!

Update November and updated from 1 * review : after many weeks, finally had an email response from the director explaining issues which had arisen their end. Very apologetic, order was finally sent out with 3 additional items to my original order.
Grateful for the response in the end.

Service levels dropped and deliveries not made even when chased.

Absolutely annoyed. There's so much that I want to write, but do not want to waste my time or energy on it. I ordered and paid for my seamoss on the 03/09/2025 and it is now 11/10/2025 and have not received it. i have only had one correspondence and i was told that it was going to be processed and shipped out straight away and that was on 29/09/2025 and a £10 credit on my account and neither have happened.The absolute failure of customer service I did not expect and what is upsetting is that I have to resort to this, to see if there is an outcome.

I ordered my sea moss gel on 28/08/25 and still waiting for my order. Tried emailing and calling enquiring re my order but NO RESPONSE whatsoever. SCAM!!!!

If I could give them a 0 I would! Absolute scam of a website. They take your money and do not send any of their products! Stay away from this website!

I used to use this company often with no issues. Until my last few orders… I haven’t even received my last order and I ordered it 22/08, so they have my money I don’t have the goods. Royal Mail claim to have delivered but I never got a delivery, to which I emailed seamoss uk asking them to dispute this with Royal Mail as this is the procedure that needs to be followed. I have sent multiple emails with not one reply. I need a refund ASAP. Do not use this shambles of a company.

Do not use this company , order not delivered , emails not answered and social media messages ignored , lets hope i have more luck with a refund

I placed my order 6th August and still haven't received it. When I placed the order, the discount code they emailed me didn't work. I have chased via email and once via social media and no response. Please beware when buying from this company.

I ordered sea moss gel from this site 20 days ago, I didn't receive a tracking number, or any proof of delivery, nearly a month later I still haven't received my order, I've sent them multiple emails and only ever gotten one response. Their response was they would dispatch my item and provide a tracking number the following day, that was the last i heard from them, a week later and multiple more emails, I have no response from them and still haven't received my order.

If I could rate it zero stars - I would. Took the money and no item received.

Fake company. They won’t ship your order. Won’t answer the phone. Having to chargeback through my bank. Would avoid this company.
