I wouldn't give any stars if that were possible.
I'm missing my chemo meds. They told all sorts of stories and often blame the hospital. Despite my calls and then promising to look into why I've not received the meds and to ring me back, I've heard nothing. I've phoned the hospital pharmacy and they tell me that Sciensus have printed the label (we know the time and date and it was over a week ago).
Anyway I'm not able to start my next chemo schedule as a result and I've gone through Christmas with fear and anxiety
If they cause me to have to take intensive treatment and more stem cell treatment they will be hearing from the head of the hospital and my solicitors. They are undermining my health and all the hard work of the medical teams dedicated to my cancer treatment these past 4 years.
If they cannot be honest, continually lie deceive patients and cannot deliver vital medication in a timely manner you have to conclude this company is not fit for purpose.

Yet another request to book another delivery date when I already have plenty in stock! This never used to happen until a few months ago. Don't Sciensus realise you are dealing with people with medical conditions? Stop bothering us with these SMS messages, which seem to limit available dates to a short timescale of one week, when at least a month's worth should be offered, AND NOT until 2 weeks before the original order runs out. I got another one today, 20th Dec 25, just before Christmas. So rude as once again, because I complained about it before and nothing was done, , you are telling me to choose a date within the next few days, or you will IMPOSE one! The choice of date should be up to the Patient, as with sick people, we could be called in for medical appointments at any time, so cannot just drop everything for a Sciensus delivery which suits your company, - but not the patient. It would mean trying to get through by phone to sort it out, which seems impossible since mid year, or trying to speak to an on line live chat, where the staff have a 'take it or leave it' attitude, so I would suggest that to save time at your end and mine, you revert to UK based phone availability ,as then these matters could be sorted out without all this incompetence and frustration. If Sciensus are trying to save money by using rude SMS messages, uncaring on line chat staff and other on line messages or e mails , the negative amounts of complaints, failed orders and feedback you will have to address, will totally wipe out any 'profit' you make. Remember you are dealing with people, many of whom are elderly, who have enough to cope with because of their medical conditions, without this recent hassle from Sciensus since they changed their way of working on reordering. Your previous staff, UK based, were indeed friendly , helpful and caring, so why did you change things?

If I could give zero stars, I would. Sciensus are contracted to deliver a life‑altering, once‑weekly medication that I absolutely depend on. I am immunocompromised, and this drug is not optional, it is critical to my survival. Yet time and again, Sciensus have failed to deliver, leaving me scrambling for emergency supplies through my hospital.
This isn't an Amazon parcel—it is critical medical care. Sciensus is the sole supplier available to me, and they abuse this monopoly to treat patients with absolute contempt. Patient care, wellbeing, and dignity mean nothing to them—the only thing that matters is their bottom line.
The Latest Lie: My delivery was scheduled for today between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. I arranged my entire life and work schedule around this, as the medication requires a strict in-person handover for refrigeration. Instead of a delivery, I woke up to a notification on their app stating: "Delivery Unsuccessful. Tue 16th Dec 2025 at 22:53."
Let’s be clear:
The delivery was scheduled for today, not last night.
I was home at 22:53 last night.
I have checked my security cameras. No one came. No one rang the bell. No van appeared.
To claim "Delivery Unsuccessful" implies that I failed to be there. This is gaslighting, pure and simple. They falsified a delivery attempt to cover up their own operational failures.
Profit Over Patients: This is not an isolated incident; I have previously had to rely on emergency hospital supplies because of their incompetence. The reality is that Sciensus does not cancel because of stock shortages. They cancel because they decide that their routing to my location isn't "efficient" enough for their bottom line that day. If you are slightly off their optimal route, they simply drop you, regardless of the health consequences.
They demand we take days off work and sit at home for 12-hour windows, yet they feel no obligation to actually show up. They prioritize squeezing every penny of efficiency out of their route planning over the health and wellbeing of vulnerable people.
Sciensus is a corporate entity entirely void of empathy or care. They are holding vulnerable patients hostage with their incompetence because they know we have nowhere else to go.
If you are a healthcare commissioner reading this: Stop awarding contracts to this company. They are unfit for purpose.
Healthcare should never be run like this. Sciensus are not a healthcare provider—they are a logistics company masquerading as one, squeezing profit out of vulnerable patients who have no choice. Their monopoly means they can treat people with contempt, and they do.

You call back & guess what, Nothing.

The Belfast team have been absolutely amazing with me during the first 7 cycles of my treatment. I cannot, in any way, fault the excellent service I have been fortunate to receive. Whilst my monthly visits have been arranged to ensure that they have caused me no inconvenience at all, more importantly, I have been so impresssed with, and fully appreciative, of ALL the nurses’ empathetic, caring and personal approach. They do an AMAZING job and I can’t express in enough glowing terms how much that has meant to me. Thanks Belfast team - you are a wonderful group of professional people !

The app I use is quick glitch free and they deliver every time as agreed with friendly staff they keep up-to-date with prescription changes and amendments.

Great News. Message received from Sciencus 'Now is the time to update the app'.....Silly me. I thought that they had finally sorted out the stupid app refusing to allow me to log-on. But guess what!
IT DOESN'T WORK
They don't respond to requests for assistance. I expect the next thing will be them telling me that they cannot deliver my medication because I haven't logged on.

The app has been broken for over a month. It's just opens a blank white screen. Even when it loaded it didn't work great, always listed the wrong amount of medication so I always just had to call anyway.
They clearly know there is a problem because I got a message saying "if the app doesn't work click here and fill out this and someone will br in touch. I did that and nobody had been in touch.
Instead of getting in touch they have just booked a delivery in without checking if this is ok. Its not ok because its a day when I'm at work. But then this is a regular occurance. They will on deliver on days I work.
