Attempted to email to enquire about sizes, as my son usually wears 6-7/7-8 depending on the brand. Their size guide measures him as a 3-4 year old? What 3 year old has a 24 inch chest...

To this saying a negative review is the only way to get a response - I have had two very helpful emails and a response to my review, and have been informed that turn around times are low at the moment. Anne and May were informative, kind and helpful. I have given 4 stars based on customer service but still deducted one as the sizes still don't match up to other uniform providers/ high street brands and this is really confusing.

We ordered a whole school uniform for the pupils in our school with the help of Tracey who was amazing.

One of our pupils had an issue with her cardigan where the cuff had come away from the sleeve. Tracey arranged that a replacement was ordered and sent out to us on the same day. Great service. Thank you.

Tracey and her team were fantastic in organising the sweatshirts and fleeces for our production and did it in such a quick turnaround. The quality, the design and the customer service was the best it could be. Nothing was too much trouble and I was kept informed every step of the way. Fantastic company, would definitely recommend.

Great service husbands hoodies and t shirts arrived quickly and much better quality than our last supplier. I now understand digital printing. No more iron on motive and no sweaty back !!!

We bulk order our school uniform from School Trends making it easier for parents to purchase and collect uniform from the school.
Always have brilliant customer service and communication from Tracey, who keeps us informed with orders and will always try to get us the best deal.
We have just also purchased the fleeces for the staff, which came after the Christmas holidays but just in time for the cold weather last week and they have been enjoyed and welcomed from the staff. Very good quality!

School trends really are great little company a sign of excellence is how well they perform when things don’t go as expected and here they have been amazing!

We’ve used them for 5 years now to order uniforms and on the two occasions we’ve had order issues - they were quick to respond (even in the last days before Christmas) and the issues were resolved quickly.

I must add neither issue was their fault (one involved a ripped parcel with a missing item - the delivery driver found it in his van a few days later and somehow realised it was ours). Second was a payment issue where money was taken despite the banking process saying the transaction failed.

Extra thanks to Linda on this most recent occasion for her understanding and prompt action.
