They get back to you really fast with questions, they didn't have the size on the website and this was sorted so fast and they extended my discount so I did not loose out. Highly recommend their products as well. I have used them 6/7 times now

very happy
very easy to locate our school and select required items and sizes.
sizes are quite big but perfect to last the whole school year.
delivery was quick, i stupidly didn't check delivery note and see a advised item to send note but when i emailed to say about missing item the email was responded to quickly and query answered.
my only quibble would be not having an age 4/5 option however than being said the 3/4 loos big enough to fit a 4 year old :)

Lots of help from the customer service team!
I placed a recent order with school trends and had a little issue with payment, payment was pending on my end for some unknown reason for a few days but wasnt showing up on their system, we got there in the end and all was sorted.
Tracey who dealt with my issue was brilliant! Emailing back and forth with ways they were trying to resolve it etc.
We always use school trends for the uniform as it’s great quality but we are even happier to use them now knowing how well their team helps with issues.

Receive emails with offers. May bank holiday offer for 15% off didn’t work at checkout so I was gutted. On the off chance I emailed to see if I was the only person experiencing issues, turns out I wasn’t. I then encountered another issue with the website not giving me a payment option and again they replied immediately and remedied this issue. 5 * customer service.
