i ordered this on line and said what i wanted engraved on it ,i got call from Sayers to check over my order the lady on the phone was brilliant she advised me the order will be posted that day and i should receive in the next few days, it arrived next day, it was stunning the engraving was done perfectly, this was a wedding anniversary present for my husband he loves it never takes it off if you want a company that really cares for their customers and really helps them i can highly recommend them to anyone their products are fantastic their service is brilliant and good value for your money

I was delighted when I received the personalised hip flask for my partner. The engraving was outstanding, really beautiful, and the product itself a beautiful metal. The packaging really lifted the product further - a gorgeous, lined box, funnel and polishing wipe for the metal - it made it look like a lot more effort had been made by me(!), exceptional value.
I had a little issue with the screw cap, but the matter has been swiftly dealt with - I can not fault the service or the product. And I work in ecommerce so I know how much effort it takes to be that responsive and deliver good customer service.
My partner absolutely loved the product; a wonderful gift, and a delightful company.
I would highly recommend to anyone.

I ordered a pair of sterling silver and lapis cufflinks as a birthday present for someone. we both picked out the cufflinks from the Sayers website and settled on it. I had no issues at all with the website, it was simple and easy to navigate and we instantly found what we were looking for. The same item was on sale on a couple of other big name brand sites but were horrendously expensive while Sayers was very reasonably priced. I placed the order and the check out was simple. And I got the delivery the next day! Amazing! I wasn't expecting it that quickly at all. It was exquisite, even more beautiful than the photo on the website. We both opened the present together and it really was wonderful. I didn't hear about Sayers before - only found it after a google search when I typed in what I was looking for. Very pleased with everything and I may return to you for Christmas shopping as well!

This flask design is available from several companies but I'm so pleased I decided to buy from Sayers.
Ordering was straight forward, I chose the cheapest p&p option and the parcel arrived within 24 hours.
The flask is most attractive with a good, quality feel. At no extra cost it came in a presentation box with a funnel, polishing cloth, and a mint!
When I sent a message to the company I received a fast and friendly reply.
I recommend Sayers and will shop with them again.

I wanted to get it engraved with a special message and get it sent to Australia for my brother’s birthday early in January. Sayer’s quickly recommended and provided a range of engraving proofs with different fonts and layouts of the text to be engraved via email. Then on confirmation of the finally agreed proof, Sayer’s efficiently dispatched the engraved hip flask in the post to me in time for me to send it onto Australia before Christmas, well in time for my brother’s birthday in mid-January. Fantastic customer service from Gemma and Jamie after I was let down by a different supplier. They produced the order very quickly and I'd recommend them to anybody looking for an engraving order.

The silver bracelet ordered was exactly as described and pictured, customer service was fantastic as i wanted to check engraving fonts and the live help system was really simple and easy to use. Had an issue that arose (on my side rather than theirs) and Gemma at Sayers personally offered various options to rectify this.
