Excellent products and service

I am very happy to have found Sayers.
The young lady to whom I spoke on the telephone was impeccably polite and helpful, and once I had placed the order online the service was very efficient. The set of lapis dress studs which I bought is exactly what I wanted - the lapis is a good colour, and the silver mounts are well made.

I bought some cufflinks

I bought some cufflinks last week and they arrived a few days later. I am really disappointed with the quality of the product. Their surfaces are full of scratches and even the right one has a little bump on top of it. I was expecting a much better quality for the price.

They gave me the option to return them but I had to travel a few days after with them so I could not risk it.

Excellent product presented in a swish box, securely packaged and delivery time 3 days from placing my order ( including engraving), very pleased and highly recommend.

The best place to buy charms for a bracelet!

I wanted to buy my niece a charm for her new bracelet but struggled to find ANY on the high street or even online until I came across the Sayers website. Fantastic collection of charms in a range of prices. It was easy to order and it arrived the next day. Perfect! Given that I'll be wanting more charms for my niece's birthdays & xmas, I'll be returning to Sayers in the future.

The product itself was beautiful and…

The product itself was beautiful and exactly what i was looking for. However two transactions were taken out of my account an I was told one was only a temporary hold and that it should go back into my account in 48 hours as they had not received two payments. Unfortunately I never got the payment back even though they claimed they never got it, someone out there scored a free £60

I brought the gold coffee bean necklace for my daughter's birthday such a lovely necklace and my daughter loves it great value too very fast delivery couldn't be happier will definitely buy again highly recommended

Fantastic company

Fantastic company. I have bought approximately 15 clip on gold charms and I've been very happy with every one. My particular favourite is the engraved heart, I've bought 2 of them. You can have up to 15 letters on each side in a font of your choice and they look amazing. I will be buying again very soon and can 100% recommend them as a professional and trustworthy company.

Very pleasant shopping experience!

I have purchased an engraved necklace from Sayers London which I have fallen in love with! The shipping was very fast and the item arrived securely packaged in a lovely jewellery box. I am extremely happy with my purchase and will buy from them again in the future. Great customer service. Definitely recommend them.

I have recently placed 2 orders

I have recently placed 2 orders. A lovely silver locket & a pair of Amber earings. The locket arrived promptly exactly as described. The earrings were initially out of stock when I looked but website offered option of being informed when available. I received an email to advise they were now in stock & they also arrived promptly. I'm sure I will be using them again in the future as they provide a very efficient service & great value products.
