Very disappointing experience
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Sayers London.
I purchased a £350 personalised necklace and was very unhappy with the quality of the chain, which I found far too delicate for the price I had paid. I contacted Sayers London hoping for a reasonable resolution, but the whole experience became extremely frustrating.
Although the pendant and chain were sold together as a package, I was told that because the pendant had been engraved, it could not be refunded. I was offered a voucher for the pendant, but after my experience, I wanted nothing else from Sayers London and had no interest in receiving a voucher.
I was simply asking for a fair refund for the chain, which I was returning. I was then given a refund calculation that I felt was unfair, despite the company providing a breakdown of the separate values of the pendant and chain. I also had to pay the return postage myself.
For me, this wasn't just about the money. It was the disappointing quality, the lack of flexibility and, most importantly, how I felt I was treated as a customer after spending a considerable amount of money.
I expected much better from a company selling jewellery at this price point. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend Sayers London and I certainly would not purchase from them again.

Been searching high streets and markets for a Kangaroo charm for a while. Bit the bullet and went online, found Sayers website. Easy website to use, delivery was safe and secure. Paid extra for gift wrap, which was excellently done. Took to jewellers to get it put on charm bracelet and they were impressed with the detail. Well impressed and happy to recommend

Bought this as a last-minute Valentine's Day gift for the wife. The product photo makes it look like a lovely, delicate bow pendant. What arrived was something my daughter's Sylvanian Families would reject for being too small.
I've seen bigger bows on ants' birthday presents.
When my wife opened it, her face went through about six emotions in two seconds — excitement, confusion, squinting, disappointment, anger, and then that special look wives reserve for husbands who've messed up Valentine's Day. Again.
For over £100 you're getting roughly 0.6 grams of gold — which at today's prices is about £12 worth of actual metal. The rest is presumably for the "experience" of explaining to your partner that yes, there IS a pendant on that chain, she just needs to look harder.
Oh, and the chain? It arrived with a knot in it. Now, this chain is barely thicker than a human hair, so untangling it was like performing microsurgery with sausage fingers. An hour of my life I'll never get back, squinting like a confused grandad trying to thread a needle on a moving bus. For over £100, I'd expect it to at least arrive untangled.
The clasp works. The bow exists — technically. But it's giving "free gift with a magazine" energy, not "I love you and here's £100+ to prove it" energy.
If you're buying this for someone you love, maybe reconsider. If you're buying it for someone you're trying to subtly break up with, it'll do the job nicely.
Currently sleeping on the sofa. Would not recommend.

I was delighted when I asked them to create a pendant for me of the Isle of Wight

The product was exactly as described and was delivered incredibly quickly for a personalised item. The engraving was perfect. I would definitely recommend using Sayers London.

Goods as described and a quick efficient transaction

I ordered a gold disc for my daughter-in-law with my granddaughters name on front and date of birth on back - it has arrived, but sadly no engraving. Very disappointing as my d-in-l leaves for Asia in two days’ time. Therefore, item is not fit for purpose.
UPDATE - Sayers of London have asked me to return the disc and they will ensure the engraving is done, (they didn’t receive the engraving details, so it may be my technical ability at fault here and not Sayers). If so, I apologise to them.

Superb service, fast and efficient with great communication throughout. Processed and dispatched 6 lockets with engraving with next day delivery.

I was very pleased with the amber stud earrings I bought recently. They were just right for my ear lobes which are quite small! They were also a reasonable price, thanks to the 20% discount I received from my last order. I am sure I will be buying from Sayers London again.

Earrings were as seen , beautifully packaged in a gift box and well received . Delivery was prompt with no problems . Highly recommend .

What a wonderful shopping experience. First the item (silver disc pendant) was so easy to find, then it was extremely reasonably priced, the delivery time was just a few days but I actually received my purchase a day quicker than the estimated date! When the pendant arrived I was beyond delighted. It was in first class condition, clearly hallmarked & contained in a beautiful presentation box. I can’t tell you much about their customer service because the whole purchase process was seemless but I did get a lovely thank you email which was such a sweet extra touch. In my experience you can buy your silver from Sayers with complete confidence. I definitely will again & have recommended them to my friends & family. Sorry if this seems “too good to be true” but I think it’s important to give credit where it’s due in our world that’s so quick to complain & not so quick to praise. Tracey.

I was pleased with the quaich which I bought from you for our son,s half century birthday. Our son was delighted with it and with the Isle of Arran malt whisky we sent him to drink out of his quaich.

The range of charms. I didn't think I could get clip-on charms and thought I would search and found I can. I have purchased a few and created my own charm bracelet. They're the right size too and I always get comments on where I got my bracelet, but it is the charms that make it pretty.
